Request Read or Delivery Receipt From Microsoft Outlook on desktop or website

Watched a lot of videos trying to figure this out, all the other videos had me messing with settings and changing how to RESPOND to the read receipts. This is the only video that simply and clearly showed how to request them. Thanks so much!!!

Did you watch the entire video? I'm guessing you are likely using the web-based version. The instructions for that start at about 6 minutes.
