I love that, in order to keep the technological boy obnoxious while making him as the modern representation of the internet, they gave him a vape.
It's actually pretty funny because, in the book, he's described as smoking something that smells like burning electronic parts and... well, now we have literal electronic cigarettes. I mean, just short of Gaiman using the words 'vape', the description couldn't have been closer, and we now have them.

Yeah, this is the second trailer and about the 57th comment I’ve read trying to find out wtf this show is about. I think the biggest draw seems to be some "Lincoln" pretty-boy actor and the cinematography. I don’t know. Would have been faster to just watch episode 1. 🙄
Lol exactly. Just saw the first season and I liked it alot! The visuals were amazeballs but it's just too slow for me. It took a whole season just to hear what Mr. Wendsdays real name is and the "build up" to the war isn't really exciting. I didn't feel the tension or had the feeling that the shit is going to hit the fan, lol...

The casting is absolutely perfect! I don't know any of the actors (hell, I probably couldn't name more than 5 actors altogether if you put a gun to my head) but they sound and look absolutely perfect.
I've waited so long to see Ricky Whittle on something else. He deserves it.

Starting off I loved Jasper but then realized how weak he had become over some chick he barely knew.
Like he rather he and his people be butchered so that her people can live...nah fuck that.
They refused peace, WIPE THEM FROM THE FACE OF THE EARTH! ALL OF THEM and that's what Octavia's brother and what's her face did. I hate Jasper now and he ruined everything by taking Allie's chip. He needs to die.
If you’re here to see what this show is about, this might be the only comment that offers any info.
Let’s see,... The first several episodes seem to just be an exercise in abstract cinematography and CGI with a little confusing character introduction, otherwise it’s all a complete mystery as to what’s going on.
It continues to meander about, seemingly without any hint of direction or storyline for the first 7 or 8 episodes.
In episode 8, the fog finally begins to lift slightly as they string you along with as little information and plot as possible.
Then it starts to get really interesting. Things start to happen. Characters develop depth and become likable.
But then every episode after that has maybe one or two points of interest that can be covered in 15min, but they stretch it out, padding it with more abstract and now tiresome CGI, leaving you checking the time and begging for more, but it never really comes.
They seemed to do a lot of work trying to hide the fact that they were too lazy to write enough to fill an entire episode.

Can't wait to see Ricky Whittle in his new role, Shadow Moon looks like a badass character.
I'm so hyped for this. Neil Gaiman has been my favourite author ever since I laid my hands on Sandman many years ago, Bryan Fuller is amazing, Ian McShane is the perfect choice for Wednesday, Peter Stormare is fantastic, and the rest.. ahhhh can't wait!

Neil wrote another book with a Demon named Crowley, sounds familiar? yes because Supernatural used a lot of ideas that he used first XD (still awesome (the first seasons)) The book is Good Omens and is as fun as this is serious XD

Sometimes the name is changed to "Crawly" like in Chris Moore's books, but it's still obviously a nod to our flamboyant friend Mr. Crowley. He may have been totally nuts but he left a mark. *Nobody* is stealing his name as even his writings have become public domain. It's just a cheeky nod to a tweaky, geeky Satanic and occult figure.

I read the book. This is gonna be great, and I'm glad there's a lot of POC cast.
Why is it that when white characters are changed to POC its cool. And great. And stunning....
But when it's done the other way around... its racist and cultural appropriation and blah blah blah.
Not that it matters much to me. I've always wondered why though. Can you explain to me why it matters if there are POC or not? This story has nothing to do with race. So why bring racial politics into it?

This can fill the void since Westworld isn't coming back until next year. Still, this looks incredible.
"It's My Day" Mr. Wednesday haha loved that and love Neil Gaiman the novel is amazing and grabbed the premiere issue of the special comic. I can't wait til April, 30th!! Starz with Black Sails, Power, Blunt Talk, Ash Vs. Evil Dead. Now this it looks great so far from the trailer.

I may have used the word "took" wrong XD english not my first language, I actually knew about the Alister one, and actually Gaiman's Crowley was first called Crawley so is also fun that way, I didn't mean steal so much as use the same idea, I know it is a universal concept but the ideas of the gods and this demon who wants to stop Appocalipse is there, that was what I was pointing to. Also as a Satanist I would recommend you to read it for fun. Just for fun. It is really a parody of humans. Thanks also for the books, it will be interesting to check the out. Cheers!

Non Spoiler comment here. The story is about a writer and a producer who wants to tell the world about the famous folk lore and traditions from around the world, yes sounds confusing but hear me out. And that both of them are suffering from a severe dimentia and recently a concussion for a train wreck. What you're watching now is a mixture of past, present, and future all blend in together to whoever knows what the f- actually it is. The pacing is slow and confusing that here I am on the last episode wondering if all these episodes are just mini stories that aren't even connected to each other. But they decided meeh lets put it together and see how it goes. lmao

currently in the half of season 3 and im diggin the sprinkle of cinematic symbolism similar to utena, madoka magica and bakemonogatari, it's not very prominent but it's there and im happy because serieses like this are adapting those types of artistic cinematic symbolism
