Use Garnier’s waterproof makeup remover micellar water with the blue cap. You will still have to hold it for 30 seconds to a minute to remove it completely though. Idek about the one in the video.

I didn’t search this up but got it recommended to me and oh my gosh I cannot stress how thankful I am, I got the peripera long lash curling mascara and I’ve been rubbing it with oil cleanser + foam cleanser 2 times and it still doesn’t rub off 😭
