It’s nice that your lashes are straight, because you are in charge of how much curl you get. Mine curl too much and I’ve never heard of an eyelash straightener.
@@annikabjornson998 I use a mascara guard and waterproof mascara to reduce the curl on my lashes.
Don’t underestimate that eyelash comb!! I swear it was a game changer for me.
I use a plain spooly I swear by before using the eye lash curler. Separates the lashes perfectly, and puts them in their correct place, so the eyelash curler can do it’s thing properly as eyelashes are all separated beforehand

Both are gorgeous but I actually prefer the before eye. It shows off the beautiful almond shape of your eyes and looks very elegant as opposed to playful.

Another tip if you hate removing waterproof mascara and want to remove your makeup easily: do a very thin layer at the root of your lashes with waterproof mascara and let it completely dry, then continue as you need with a washable mascara and try not to go too much through your roots.
What a great tip. But if you want to remove waterproof mascara, you can also use a balm make up remover, it comes off, very easy, like the one from Juno.😍
Just use baby oil.
I use olive oil to remove waterproof mascara. Works like a charm…

I bought a heated eyelash curler from Temu for $3! And it works soooo good too! It actually kept my lashes curled all day long and like many, my lashes normally don't hold a curl with a regular lash curler.

Never thought that fenty mascara would be good,i have rare beauty one and it provides amazing volume and length,doesn’t flake at the end of the day and i have very oily eyelids ,would check the fenty one out

Maybelline Falsies Lash Lift - give it a try. I have this problem too and this one works better than any others I’ve tried. Only problem I’ve found is wand is odd shape so hard to get bottom lashes w it.

Alright, I do understand the idea behind heating the lash curler, but does it actually make a difference? Only one surface that's touching the lashes retains heat, it's in one very small area, and it's cooling quickly while you're curling. I want to see a comparison of heated vs. not heated.

Use a mascara guard and a 10 x magnification mirror. Rest your elbow on a desk/table when applying to be more steady. I don't apply to my bottom lashes in the day time because my eyes are too watery. I usually wear smokey smudgey eye makeup a night so it matters less if it smudges at night.

@@NoNseNseOfAN Ok. I mean mascara isn't necessary for everyone. I had to learn because my optician said to apply it to train my lashes so they would stop curling inwards and scratching my cornea. I'm too lazy for false lashes but some people wear them daily.

Having lashes to begin with first helps a lot lol I have alopecia so I have very few lashes if at all to begin with....same goes for brows lol ☹️
