@@xPumaFangx it really did. I was doing it three sessions in a row. But I ended up tearing my ACL for a third time doing something els and shredding all my cartilage. I ended up with a total knee replacement. I’m four months post op and starting to slowly get some strength back. I’ll hopefully be doing these again in the next few months. Not as deep, but they definitely give a good burn. Amazing how your life can change in a year
My first try 14/7/2023 Until Round 4 Second Try, I finished but I did slower 15/7 I finished almost exactly like she, the last part she is so fast 19/7 I finish with 117 😎
I usually do the bring sally up 2 mins rest then on to this one, finish off with bring sally up. And I’m a 112kg lol not easy but I love it my legs are dead after that.
I do ti every day. I'm in the 22nd day now and my legs are already different! Good job!

if you can only do 2 in that time, then do just two. Then progress up to 3 etc etc
