Have only just found your page Becky. You are young and at the beginning of such an exciting journey through life. If you really desire some awesome excitement I recommend the journey within yourself you'll be amazed at what is waiting for you. Take care my lovely. ♥️🌹♥️
Becky, I'm a 73-year-old man that has done and seen a lot in my life. My best advice to you about life is YOU BE YOU!! And thank you so much for taking us with you on your adventures. It's just amazing watching you grow and mature.
Can't believe how anyone could say a bad thing about you or your adventures. Such a brilliant episode! You do you and all will be great. Your experience in life is so advanced for a 20 year old person, you should feel very proud of yourself and with that thought, very chilled out about yourself also.👌
Disregard the hateful comments it's those people who have sad and pitiful lives. Nothing you do can be knocked. You are a beautiful, talented, and very focused young woman who is learning every day. Money can wait, and in a while, you may want to work in the environment for wages. You may even set up your own outdoors business, guiding and teaching others. Keep doing it while you enjoy it. Sel. from New Zealand.
Whenever i'm filled to the brim with negative thoughts regarding the stresses of life, up North is the place i escape to. No matter how little faith i have that it will help, it always does. The mountains demand your full attention everytime.
There will always be the nay sayers, try and ignore them usually it's envy, they want to do what your doin& but scared to do it. I've backpacked across Scotland several times, climbed Munro's (not all of them) sat by the Lochs, washed in a freezing mountain stream. Now I'm 73 and I'll be back up there this year, watching your video's has made me more determined than ever to continue. Thank you
Becky, you should be so proud of the self sufficient, capable, wise young lady that you are. I love following your journey, thankyou for your videos xx
Absolutely love these videos (and Percy); you are on such an awesome adventure Becky - haters always gonna hate, so yep, don't give two cents worth to them. We are so inspired and grateful to share a little of this journey with you xx
As a 56 year old man , I'm still learning new skills. My advice enjoy the pursuits your into and the skills will come. We never stop learning, remember, its a marathon not a sprint. Relax and enjoy the now. ( I cycle up those tracks, a bonnie spot )
Wow ❤. What a beautiful video Becky. I always enjoy your videos and this one was so raw, heartfelt and just so honest. The views, the nature and watching you enjoying being outdoors will be so inspiring to others. Including me of course. It’s always nice to learn new skills and as many have said it doesn’t matter what age you do it. I was just saying to a friend today that I love the feeling I get when I’m outdoors and it never goes. Your enthusiasm is infectious. Thank you for continuing to share your adventures ❤
The filmmaking, cinematography and soundtrack on this vid are so on point. As a Glaswegian Munro bagger who misses these mountains so much, it’s actually quite emotional watching the last part of this vid..
As soon as i hear THOSE two words, i run a mile, 3611. Not my "bag", need i say. I have been up Ben More, and a lovely time was had in 25c in early bleeding May would ya believe, back in the late 70s.
@@blackbob3358 lol yeah I guess it's not for everyone, most of my friends are of the same opinion 😄 Ben More is a lovely walk and stunning views from the summit ..I'm surprised it didn't give you the urge to do any others :p
I was surprised when you said you were 20 years old. You demonstrate a maturity and wisdom beyond your years. The Highlands is a beautiful part of the world. Ardnamurchan and Knoydart are my personal favourites.
Becky, Am still having so much fun watching you have so much fun and the time of your life. Going places you have never been before and sharing all that. So crack on and enjoy everything you can. Have a wonderful day.
Thank you for inspiring us. You may only be 20, but you're extremely wise and grounded. Just keep being your lovely self, trust the journey, and stay safe. You'll always have a band of us (good folk) following you. Xxx
Please do not be daunted by the feeling of not knowing. You already know a great deal and already have so much knowledge and skill that you share with us. The more one learns (the known knowns), the more one learns how much one does not know (the known unknowns) and that there are unknowns yet to discover. Knowing that there is more to learn is key to expanding knowledge. The failing would be to go through life not asking, not wondering and not learning.
You're 20. You're not meant to have figured everything out just yet. Enjoy the journey, take it all one moment at a time and life will catch up with you. You're doing more than most people will EVER do
Always inspired by your videos. Scotland is the land of my heart. Every time I cross the border going north, it lifts my heart and when I have to head south again, I can't wait to be back. And so envious of you seeing the Northern Lights. Every time its been forecast, the clouds have come in!
Having lived in Scotland all my life and now approaching later life. I can now reflect back and wish I had taken different avenues in life to explore life more and not get so tied down to the corporate / standard life that was expected from you back 20 / 30 years ago...…As they say you have 1 life, so live it your way and ignore the haters, they are just jealous that they didn't take the leap of faith to follow their dreams.....keep growing the channel and your life experiences....😃
Thanks for sharing…although I’ve never desired living the life you have chosen…it is quite entertaining and enjoyable watching your journey. Just remember people can disappear from this world in a heartbeat …don’t minimize the time you choose to spend with those you care about and love, where if they were to be gone tomorrow you would have regrets. Those kinds of regrets are hard to live with. Safe journey.
Hello Becky, your soul has something to be proud of. So young with so many skills, knowing how to connect with her body and her needs. Don’t worry about all the skills you want to learn, they will come to you when the time comes. Enjoy the moment, you know how to do it so well. Take care ☀️ and cheers 🍺 !!
" Your skill set is more valuable than money". Becky, I fully agree! In fact, one's skill set is like money in a bank. The more that you know, the more independent you become. In addition, it is important to share these skills with others who are interested in learning. Thanks for sharing your adventures; you are an inspiration.
i actually said to your Dad how proud he must be, but have to this video so far have impressed me more than others, i am 8 min and 11 secs in but to hear someone your age talk total sense with a high degree of wisdom without any of the current social media woke chat is glorious. all young people should watch this and learn.
Your amazing! Your doing everything right because your doing it your way! Jealousy is ugly, I’m guessing that’s the only reason for anyone giving you crap! Please keep doing what your doing 👍
Hello Becky it’s bill and Herbert Fantastic videos when we’ve had a tough day in the work shop I watch one of videos there very relaxing. Look after Percy and he’ll look after you
Very good video. You are 20 and you are on a learning curve but you bought the right vehicle already... You're on the good way of life! Best Regards, David
Well said. Continue to follow your heart and grow as you go. Any negative comments can only reflect badly on the persons making them - maybe we should feel sorry for the miserable lives they must be leading. Really enjoy your videos and your free spirit 👍👍👍
I have been watching you for a few Years now. Your growth has been a joy to watch. Love your content, the beauty of the places you explore ,never fail to inspire.
Very open and enlightening video im a outdoors landie man and have a 2004 disco that i am converting , i have wanted to do it for many years but as you say life can take over im now doing stuff i have wanted to do for 30 years or more im now in my late 50,s and can say to you do it now do those things you want to do......... work , career , relationships can all stop you living the life you want .........simply do what you now dont put it off .....great video!
Becky just one word for your videos, awesome. I am absolutely amazed at your skill set now already! You have still a whole lifetime ahead of you to not only learn new skills but to hone the ones you already have made your own. Not only should you feel very proud of yourself, but also, may I venture, for your parents who undoubtedly are also just as proud, but give you the freedom to be yourself without ‘unduly’ worrying about you; knowing how much you’ve already taught yourself! Take good care of yourself and thanks for taking us along on your journey. 🚙🏔🚲⛺️👣🦉👍😎
20 years old. You seam to be doing pretty good to me. Never any point in measuring yourself against other peoples expectations, just against what you feel is good.
You are a great source of inspiration, and one is always get happy when watching your videos. Your happy and pleasant mood is really contagious. Now take care of yourself and Percy!
Stunning scenery and such beautiful and challenging reflections on your own life and the world. You are an inspiring being of light Becky. Never stop believing in yourself and your direction. Keep following your gut instinct and your oneness with the natural world. ❤
If you have the chance driver further north to Arasiag and Morar, you will come across some of the most pristine beaches in the world. The views across to the islands are amazing. Love the videos inspirational.
It was lovely to see you and Percy out enjoying yourselves again, some very thoughtful content in this video, the fact that you can speak of matters with such mature insight at your young age is a credit to your life choices, I keep telling people that overlanding is a life skill NOT a life choice, the voluminous amounts of information and knowledge that can only be learned by getting away from the populus and doing what your doing, is essential for personal growth, I do like the kit you've fitted to Percy, good sturdy equipment, don't forget to check in with homebase before venturing into water on your own, just so peeps know where you are, enjoyed the video, 👍🚙👌🇨🇮
Now you are 20 taking on the Scottish Highlands. When I was 22 I bought an ex military series 2A Landover Station Wagon to go on a much longer journey to Africa from my home in Norwich. The ultimate plan was to reach the Cape and go to Perth Australia and transverse the Nullarbor Plain. The vehicle had just returned to Buxton after an African safari so it was well equipped. But all was going well until my mate decided it was not for him. No journey to do alone and no other takers, so it was abanded, very sadly.😢
Building your self trust and confidence will allow your new experiences to help you absorb new skills a lot easier. If you’ve not been yet, pop along to Loch Arisaig when your near Spean Bridge.
Your brief times in the Highlands I am sure are to you wonderful to live in a wild area. But when you actually live here everyday you become accustomed to the beauty and accept it as your home. My time in the Highlands has never been forgotten and how I envy you being there, when I am not. Never realised there were trails off road where I could go with my Range Rover I called the beast. I have pulled vehicles out of burns and pulled a mates Land rover up an icy driveway to his house using just low transfer gear and gear one on the auto box, just let the engine take the strain on tick over. Took my Rangie into Glen Affric of road in deep snow just to see how it managed. At the summit of Bealac Na Ba, took it up very rocky path to the aerial mast, but coming down meant low transfer gear and auto one for save recovery. Becky you need to learn more about what your Landie can do using the gears you have available. This vehicle is just not for casual driving.
Thanks for letting us in on your travels, great job on the video! That lake shot at the end was absolutely beautiful. You know I’ve always wanted you to fish, I hope you sharpen those skills. Thanks for a beautiful video!
Iv no commented before but I love these videos keep following your dreams I'm a person who likes my own company and as a wildlife photographer I enjoy the outdoors especially Scotland ps your very young but I'm glad your not letting the haters get to u there just narrow minded and probably jealous your get them whatever you do so by ignoring them your doing the right things hope you have a long and successful career Iver doing these videos or what ever you chose take care and I'm looking forward to next vid
Good for you, Becky. Keep it up. Thank you for sharing your adventure. Please look after your mind & heart. This kind of journey seems to me a good way of making friends with yourself.
What a beautiful location! Becky you are mature beyond your years. You are doing a great job being on your own. Thanks for the video. Stay safe and warm.
I spent nearly a week last September up in Glen Affric camping and it was hard to leave and head back south. Scotland is jaw droppingly beautiful. Land to recharge the soul. Thanks fo sharing your videos and your wisdom and your skills. Deep bow 🙏
" Percy " You must love your car when it has a name, it's so beautiful. I have had many cars in my time, but none have had a name, maybe only one has, stupid car it was called. The nature in Scotland is just so amazing, I think you could live there, there is something about it. 👍
Becky I just love your channel I'm 72 still out on adventures been up Ben nevis and snowdon 4 times this month still kyacking and cycling then I settle down to watch your adventures keep up the good work and maybe one day we will cross paths
I started learning some of these survival skills rather late in life and I certainly wished more people would take the trouble much earlier on in life. When we learned these skills, we also build confidence that it’s not that difficult to survive as most of what we think we need are really just luxuries and comfort which can be compromised if need be. I sincerely hope more young people would learn these skills and if they run short of resources along the way in life, they have better confidence to persevere knowing how little it takes to survive and be happy too ❤👍
Becky I have watched you grow into a wonderful woman on your channel you have skill now at at young age that took me most of my 63 years. I live your frive for adventure and learning.
Keep doing what makes you happy, I'm 68 and just back from Bush walking in Tasmania check out the 3 capes trail in southern Tasmania I'm sure you'd love it ,take care and stay safe awe the best from Scotland 👍😊🏴
Hi Becky love all your vids , watched so many, wish I had the adventures when I was in my 20s, I started later in my life, as I was into my cycle racing , loved my outdoors when I use to wild camp in my 20s around Saddle worth, and the Peak District , now I use all kind of kit from kayaking to mountain biking and now have a Tentbox on top of my Peugeot 208 😅... You definitely need a rooftop tent on your land rover Becky... Ignore the bad comment's your above them and your young for some incredible journeys ahead of you... Your blessed in what you do, and should grab it and make great memories... Get roof top tent Becky you'll not regret it at all ... All the best and look forward to more adventures 👍😉🧗🥾🥾🚴🛶
Totally agree Becky. I just want to be exploring the place as much as possible. Like you say, the wilds just draws you back again and again. So special. Keep up the Adventure. Best lifestyle ever x
Hi Becky, glad to see you're having some time to do your own thinking, got to be a bit selfish sometimes and look after yourself, you'll figure it out, carry on doing your thing more power to you girl!!
Another beautiful video from an even more beautiful Soul. Becky, May the sun always shine on your face and warm your beautiful heart. Thank you very much for everything you do, and stay safe always, You are Blessed sweetie.🌹❤️❤️🌹
I was in glencoe this time last year and fort Willian and Loch Ness for my girlfriends 40th. I’m 48 now and you are living the life I wanted. I’m too old now to do what you’re doing. Embrace it and live YOU’RE life. I wish I had done the same but I would never Be with the girl I’m with now and have the kids I have now. It’s called fate. I would never change them for anything. Do your thing. All the haters are probably sat in their houses all weekend jealous. Big up girl. Go for it
Wow what amazing places you go to thanks for sharing them and your thoughts and dreams keep up the good work I love watching your trips and keep following your dreams
Awesome I did the NC500 in 2021. I’ve just got back from another trip in the van around Glencoe & then over to Aviemore. I’ve posted a couple of vids I took on my UA-cam. I’m not a proper vlogger. Just put up some vids again recently 👍🏼
I get pretty busy in my world across the pond here in the Pacific Northwest U.S. but always make time to check out and like your videos Becky. Your on the right path Sister because nothing in this world is more important than following the call of your own Spirit. Cheers! 🍻🌲🌄💚
What a fantastic video. 2 points I want to mention, always wear gloves when chopping wood to prevent splinters. Do you know that the door catch on B pillar is a bottle opener for your beer. 👋👍

Great video, love the outdoors and I’m a Land Rover nerd so I really enjoy your content. Best advice I got was don’t overthink stuff. Easy to say, hard to put into practice. Just try enjoy the adventure and the rest will slot into place.
Loving your channel. Your videos are so insightful. It doesn't matter if you don't have everything worked out. I am nearly double your age and still don't have everything worked out. Just keep up your adventures and picking up new skills. A positive mindset is one of the best lifetools you can have. Please please make more canoing videos this year. Just watched your river Wye ones with Jake and would love to see more.

Thank you so much Benny :)
Thanks for the update!glad you’re traveling in your favorite place. Kudos on the great drone work too! Cheers.

You should visit loch quoich, loads of places to camp up, road is so quite and gorgeous views and lots of walks
Cheers! 🍻🌲🌄💚
Thanks for sharing, enjoyed that.😊
What a fantastic video. 2 points I want to mention, always wear gloves when chopping wood to prevent splinters. Do you know that the door catch on B pillar is a bottle opener for your beer. 👋👍
