It would be extra work and therefore a premium service most people wouldn't pay for. Might I suggest the fan hacks of the Donkey Kong Land games that add full colour and other QoL changes?
It’s pretty mind blowing that the could pull off a snes kind of experience on a primitive handheld running off 4 AA batteries. I used to have this game when I was a kid.

I don't understand why Nintendo doesn't rerelease black and white GB and Virtual Boy games in colored versions. It's a missed opportunity for everyone
@@Dmdm_dm there are a lot of people who've made ROM hacks to colorize these old games and honestly they do a pretty good job.

You can change it to the Game Boy Color settings from the settings menu

It’s totally possible to 100% this game in less than an hour. I did it in about 45 minutes.

Donkey Kong Land looks like when newer games mimic Gameboy by simply using green and black pixel art.

Interesting, when I played it on my switch it had some color. DK and the coins were golden yellow and enemies were reddish
You can set color in the nso game boy app to green, black and white, or set the options to game boy color. The setting is on the app not the game.
