      @@sheilaross1449 i could see an argument for not considering mel gibson a “monster”, but steven seagal is a straight up despicable guy. countless allegations of assault and abuse, including sex trafficking, and when he’s not being a danger to women, he’s being a danger to the rest of society by spending half his time licking u.s police boots, and the other half of it licking putins.

      It's funny: When that movie came out, there was a sliver of the child population who loved it, but not all kids.
      I remember rolling my eyes in like seventh or eighth grade when the fifth or sixth graders were going "turtle, turtle, turtle," like it wasn't some shit they were laughing at because the movie told them it was supposed to be funny. It practically had a laugh track.
      The movie has been forgotten by all who were not in whatever grade those kids were in when I rolled my eyes at them. It's like people born in one particular year loved it. The rest didn't see it or were too old for it by the time they were in junior high.
      That movie is the absolute low point of Martin Short's career. He, more than anyone, will have wanted to forget it ever happened.

    • @RaquelFoster
      @RaquelFoster 5 місяців тому

      I remember seeing the trailer on TV. Dana's in the turtle costume and he says, "Am I not turtle-y enough for you?" I've never rolled my eyes so hard in my life. It looked sooooo bad. For about the next five years my ex liked to randomly say "Am I not turtle-y enough for you?" to annoy me. I've never seen Pluto Nash, but I'm sure Master of Disguise is worse. It's worse than Corky Romano or The Lady's Man. The thing is, I didn't want to see it, but my ex worked at a theater and we saw everything. And there was nothing else to see. After 9/11 tons of movies got their releases delayed because nobody wanted to put out violent movies.

    Thanks so much for this. You're the first artist/UA-camr I've checked on every few days to see if they have uploaded another video (and I've been here - way too much -- for over 15 years). You make me laugh aloud and show real passion for your multi-medium art here.

    You know Steven Seagal is everywhere in Eastern Europe, he is invited to events and openings not because Seagal is so popular but because he is the cheapest Hollywood action star you can get.

Future generations will be sculpting dioramas of you sculpting dioramas, waxing rhapsodic about "The Fingered One", though I may not live to see it.

      I will do everything in my power to keep you alive till that day Roger. In fact, I have started a GoFundMe campaign to keep Roger alive for the next 80 years. Link in bio. And don’t forget to subscribe and smash that like button.

      @@bobbyfingers I'm honoured, I truly am, but I think I'd be smashing MYSELF in the face with an axe if I had to spend another 80 years with the current shit show as background noise. Let's haggle it down to, say, 25, and give the rest of the ill-gotten gains to your kids... name your next born Roger, we'll call it quits.

      Ok that sounds like a deal. But I recently had a vasectomy so in order to honour this agreement I will need to reverse the surgery. To that end I have started a GoFundMe campaign to pay the doctors at Gentle Procedures. Link in bio. Hit subscribe and smash my balls.
