  • Azra describes her incredible recovery journey through anxiety. She experienced anxiety as a kid but really experienced anxiety after having her children. At the time, she was frustrated because she couldn't bond with her children because she was so hyper-focused on her anxiety, panic attacks, and physical symptoms. Fast forward a few months -- she's back to living freely and even helping members in the mentorship

should hv tagged this video for Intrusive thoughts. I think this is the first person on Shaan's channel who is honestly talking about them and the fear associated with it. These are how intrusive thoughts really feel like ....they are so weird and terrible. Most people link them to only 'what if's' ....but they are not jst that. They can latch onto harm/inappropriate thoughts around people very close to you. Also u are constantly bothered that u are not able to bond with the person the way u want to due to these weird, bizzare thoughts and the feelings nd sensations that come alongwith them.

Thank you for sharing your story. You will reach and help so many people. Your story could have been mine. I am recovered now but have suffered the exact same things. It is so very scary and no one understands unless they have been through it themselves. You are very brave.

OMG I’m sorry that she went thru all of this, especially with babies.
I’m a single parent and its tough being in the anxiety cycle & taking care of family.
I had the same exact symptoms & thoughts.

Ya me too.. I used to have these terrible thoughts and wonder what's wrong with me. Currently binge watching all these videos of Dan Buglio, Shaan, the pain pt. Perimenopause is adding to the anxiety lol.

I’m a mom too. I’ve also had anxiety since I was literally like 5. I’m 31 now also . And every time I had my kids I had massive anxiety . And I do have some labels from docs but Covid is what made it worse for me like 3 times .

Oh my heart ❤️ thank you for sharing about your intrusive thoughts! It’s scary. When my anxiety was at its worst and I could hardly leave my house my biggest intrusive thought in fear was I was going to go into Psychosis and hurt my kids . Or I would be afraid to take them out because I was afraid I would faint and some one would steal them or they would get lost . when I told my family about this they kind of laughed it off because I can’t even squish bugs in my house I will capture them and bring them outside. It took my a long time to understand I’m not my thoughts. Thank you so much for sharing

Wild story, I went through all the same symptoms when I had my kids etc. I would highly recommend some of Mark freeman’s videos as well! Life is great now but it took me a year or two of hard work and understanding how to except thoughts and not do the computations. Life is great now and anyone can recover if you understand and do the work. Life is good and proud of everyone on there recovery journey! ❤️

Then fear I have physchosis or paranoia etc

@@kristymeyers8415 Sorry to hear that. You definitely don't have psychosis. How do I know? Because you are aware that you're not functioning like you normally would. Someone with psychosis wouldn't be able to tell, but others would.
What caused your symptoms? How did this all start for you?
