Living with Type 1 Diabetes

Hi I'm 11 years old and I was diagnosed with type one 8 and a half years ago. I was told I was not gonna live but hear I am.

Thanks to my blucon it beeps an alarm below its actual low sugar for me. It keeps displaying every 5 minute sugars over my mobile screen and i am alert

To make a world without diabetes would be great... but you have to think about all the children or all the adults who have never been diagnosed and have possibly had symptoms of Type 1 Diabetes their entire lives.

I have had type 1 Diabetes since birth but no doctor would tell my mom that.

I inherited my grandpas gene and it sucks because my kidneys almost failed two different times.

I was never given anything for type 1 Diabetes. When the Medical Tower opens back up in Missouri where I live, I plan to sue because I went through a brain hemorrhage and a stroke as a child.
