As much as I want to, I can’t wake up earlier than 8:30-9:00. We sleep in my bf parents apartment until our house is ready and I need to drive him to work every morning since he doesn’t have a license in this country. Even with a diagnosis, its still years of 'diagnosing' yourself because you have to find what works for you. It takes even longer if you have a hard time changing like I do. I'm with you because not sleeping, its the worst! People that sleep well are so blessed.

So today I wake up at 10:30AM but I wanted to at 6:30AM which is very demotivating for me as a student and also my finals are going on so rn I hv nothing but regret. I love this video but I have a big barrier… I’m terrified to leave my phone out of my bedroom at night in case there was an emergency. Like if someone broke into my house, I wouldn’t be able to call for help without leaving the bedroom. Any problem solving you can suggest for this??
a smart watch can ease that fear. i have an apple watch and it lasts three full days on one charge, so i can sleep with it on and it’ll tap my wrist for any text messages or incoming calls.

Decide intentionally what you want to do in the morning (Do you want to go on a walk / go to the gym?). Choose your outfit for the next day so you don’t waste your time in the morning. •Don’t count the amount of sleep you are going to get. Don’t dread the amount of work you have to do. Don’t think about how tired you are going to be in the morning. MINDSET SHIFT: “I am so excited to wake up in the morning. I am going to have an amazing morning routine. I can’t wait to eat my breakfast. It’s going to be so easy getting out of bed. I’m so grateful for whatever I get to do tomorrow.” As soon as you wake up: •Be grateful for a new day. Otherwise, you will wake up in a bad mood. •Fill up with your morning with things that bring you joy before work, school, or daily responsibilities. They will ALWAYS have more energy and brainpower in the middle of the night. Society tends to neglect the freedom, happiness, comfort, and needs of these peoples.

I do my gym workouts be it on my period or off my period and rain or snow Idc I'm at the gym, that's even more resilience and discipline...
