Been waiting for this tutorial since the first one. I've actually been looking into getting a suit myself for Blender as well for some CG films I'm working on. I'd love to see some more tutorials from you on how to apply the BVH or FBX Rokoko animation to a custom rigged model in Blender already instead of rigging it through Mixamo. Can't wait for the next videos!
:) I haven't figured that second part yet, as far as I know you need a 50$ add-on match all the namespaces, but I'll be looking into it more. Next video we'll be recording our own motion capture 😁
Hi there, I made an edit to the armature that the new model had "copy rotation" from. because the legs are 180° in the wrong direction. but then i hit play they revert. Now I could rotate them and then set a keyframe for 6000 frames manually ... but is there an easier method? Please help
If I understand you question correctly, you can adjust the animation for all 6000 frames at the same time with the graph editor, the animation layers addon which is paid, or the Animaide plugin which is free. I have a video on both of those.
I have a series Rokoko videos, and mention what exactly we're doing in the beginning of the video. In the 3rd video in the series we record our own Animation.
@@BrianKouhi i just learn today how to use key frames and i animated the whole body using my real body movments video without suit or rokoko and im only using the mouse bro. 🤣

@@BrianKouhi Rokoko actually already has a free solution for this. Just take a look at their Blender addon, it has a retargeting feature.
06:37 Nice man!😎👌
😅😅
Does the Mixamo option support fingers? I got the gloves but I've been too busy to try that yet.

Hello, my animation doesn't apply to the model, she still stays in the t pose
Rokoko has a plug-in for Blender now that retargets, try using that. I made video where I use it recently. let me know if that helps.
What about characters rigged using Rigify or Blenrig ? Do we need to remake the rig ?
Hey Zekium, to be honest I'm not sure yet, I haven't tested it out. But I'll look into it more :)
is it necessary to import our motion in t-pose
Yes! Specially if you're character is in t-pose as well
Who is the character?
I downloaded the character off of Mixamo for free, I show the process in the video :)
In mobile
U just show this tutorial to make ud buy animation not how to creat your movments
