I was scared too. I didn’t know what they were doing but I’m pretty sure my mom and dad explained it to me and eventually I got more used to it. Nowadays I’m more concerned about people hurting themselves or really hurting the lil kids by accident 😬😬😬

Yes we definitely do! I know I had to start practicing how to safely do it after I sprained my neck and my back when I was stomping the devil out in church one sunday. That was my first time catching the holyghost😂 I couldn’t get out the bed the next day.

I've always admired the intensity of black churches, sometimes it goes overboard but u know what? It's better than feeling like your in a dead church.
