  • Classic pepper salad:
    Ingredients:
    Peppers (red, yellow, green), cut into slices or cubes
    Red onion, thinly sliced
    Cucumber, sliced
    Tomatoes, diced
    Feta cheese, crumbled (optional)
    Fresh basil or parsley, chopped
    olive oil
    balsamic vinegar
    Reddish microgreens
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Instructions:
    In a large bowl, combine peppers, red onions, cucumbers, tomatoes and feta cheese.
    Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad.
    Add chopped basil or parsley.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Stir gently and serve chilled.
