💰💰💰 is always king. Thanks for the info + video!
So Home maintenance (Pest control, AC Maintenance, etc) goes on my SoFi card for 2.2%. Personal improvements on the house, I go through Lowes using their card for the 5% discount. All other contractor work I'm pretty much stuck paying cash. HOA or Condo fees they typically force me to do an ACH payment straight from my checking. I'd love it if BILT got into covering those too.
How about some videos on your investment properties. How you attained them, financed them etc?
Been thinking about doing some more mortgage stuff. I did a purchase recently and have all the docs. So we could do a whole series on it. It was a primary residence but close enough
Thanks
I use my Lowes card 95% of the time for repairs or large home improvement purchases, which are eligible for the extended 0% financing. I put other home repairs/ improvements (e.g., Plumber, water filter subscription, annual HVAC cleaning ) on my Fidelity Rewards for 2% cb.
Been using one of my BOA cards. Want to find a dedicated 5x card tho
I’ll work for free to help repair the government
Hop to it then, we're woefully behind
But It’s not broken. It’s functioning as mostly intended.
@@newagain9964 then explain the out of control national debt?
@@lopezzepol1 don’t get mad at me, it’s not my doing. But the “best and brightest” that own and run govt will justify federal spending thru MMT
There was a time that national debt was 0 and that was it's own giant mess

I just had to have a new hard water line installed around the yard and into the garage, $4K. 3% credit card processing fee. I'm thinking that I should have offered a couple nights at the Conrad in Bora Bora in exchange.
Ha I had the same for some other landscaping stuff yesterday... dude says there's a card fee just like everywhere else... sir, do you know who I am?
Weird b-roll. Wasn't sure where that was going
anything seems better than staring at me for 8min
I have both the Lowe’s and Home Depot cards solid cards, no APR for said months is nice just don’t go digging a pile of debt over it!
I have considered both on more than one occasion. I could use a good home improvement card, I use BOA right now
@@RJFinancialBoth are pre approval where you can accept or deny offer for the personal Lowe’s and the Home Depot card hard not to apply ha.
@@RJFinancial I’ve been living life as if have USBAR. Just found out Home Depot don’t accept Apple Pay. 🤦♂️. Lowe’s does but there’s not one near me. And what few mom & pop hardware stores that used to be, closed during that event that starts with letter C.
Soooo. Ur a cash back diehard, that likely still travels at least once year (open bank accounts in person for that sweet sub. lol). Wouldn’t USBAR be a good 2nd tool after sub for these pinch repairs (just not at H depot)?
Good video. Once could say based🫨
Yo
Since I’m in the construction business
1st guy is actually the crackhead from down the street
2nd is a mediocre startup contractor
3rd general contractor
lol fair assessment
