Dang! Was that a skunk on your fence at 9:47? Fun video. These kind of videos cause us to think outside the box. I once read; "If you're prepared for a zombie apocalypse, then you're prepared for anything.
That Spear would break during use..If I am seeing correctly the threads on the shaft are just polymer into polymer..A little lateral tweakage and the threads would strip out quick..
In hunting shops, you can find "wild hog pikes", with aluminium shaft (3 pieces of 50 cm) and a long dagger (blade 30/40 cm) to screw on it...It's pretty effective....
If weapons will be organized on my body, it'd go somehow like this... 1. A 9mm pistol on my hip holster as an outside carry. Extra magazines would be somewhere in my tactical belt, vest, or pockets. 2. An AR-15 in 5.56 in a sling but hanging on my back. Extra magazines would be somewhere in my tactical belt, vest, or pockets. 3. A combat knife in a leg holster or belt . If my folding pocket knife, obviously it'd be in my pants pocket. 4. A spear would be in my hand. This would be perfect to keep distance and save ammo.] 5. IF there is more room, I'd add a mouse/pocket gun along with its extra magazines/moon clipped ammo in a holster inside one of my pockets, leg holster (if I don't have anything else in a leg holster), in an ankle holster, or the gun can be appendix carried in a holster while its ammo is in any of my pockets. I am thinking about the Sig P238 in this category. 😉
Great choices and I really like the versatility the equipment provides. It would be more awesome if you took it to the next level by adding other items to make a 72 hour light scout kit. 2 liters of water, Water tabs, 1st Aid Kit, Spare Socks, 2 MRE's, 2 Contractor Garbage Bags, 1 Breathable Emergency Bivvy, Map/Compass, Comms, Binos.
Brian, when the zombies reach Wyoming, I'm gonna send them over to Hotlanta, 'cause it looks like you can deal with 'em pretty well! They're slowly working their way up from Denver, so we may not have long to wait! Seriously, that machete you showed just looks wicked! I think I'm gonna think about getting one. God bless you and yours from an old Atlanta resident, now (since 1978) residing in Cheyenne and lovin' it!
First, I am jealous that you get to wear a t-shirt in Feb. We just had a night with a windchill of minus 40 (F and C) So the weather is my #1 zombie weapon. #2 Priscilla is a killa and #3 that Schrade spear is quite nice too. That Ruger zombie stopper is is a good choice too, cause a 22 can stop a zombie, everybody knows that.
I enjoyed your list. The one thing I would of switched is from the Ruger 10/22 takedown model to the Just Right Carbine 9mm take down version since this will work with the GLock magazines I carry with my G26 and it stores nicely in a backpack.
Here are my choices if my melee and firearms are in one list and not separate categories... 1. Knife. Very useful and versatile. I personally have 2 pocket knives but I think a combat, tactical, hunting, or bowie knife is more ideal. The knife can create other weapons with this (such as when a wooden stick is present, a knife can sharpen wood to make it an improvised spear. Many knives can be thrown too. 2. A 9mm pistol. A very common ammunition. These pistols should not be too hard to learn for beginners. (I'm still deciding which one should I get and this type of gun will most likely be my first gun I own later on in my life.) 3. An AR-15 in 5.56 as a battle rifle for mid range. (I need one in my life as well.) [Choices are based on my limitations here in California.] If top 10... 4. A spear or bladed staff weapon to keep the distance from enemies. A good way to save ammo too without getting too close to zombie contamination. 5. A long ranged rifle chambered in high caliber rounds (such as a .308). My choice would be an AR-10 or another semiautomatic rifle chambered in .308, which is a common round in the US. 6. A hatchet and hammer weapon combination for cutting and for smashing (a very useful tool too when cutting hard wood and smashing glass or to break hard surfaces). 7. A machete. 8. A .45 ACP pistol for me (others would choose a pistol or revolver that has a magnum round such as a .357, .44, or .50). 9. Any kind of sword since they have mid range but they in this lower in this list because of how uncommon these blades are and do require skill when wielding these. My choice would be a katana. 10. A mouse gun/pocket pistol as a back up/hideout gun in case the rest of my ammo run out such a .22 LR, .22 Mag, .25 ACP, .32 ACP, .380 ACP, .38 Special/+P, OR 9mm (depending which one I can handle and be most accurate with). Other options are a crossbow or bow and arrow.
Looks awesome! all except for one thing, I would want a halberd rather than a simple spear. The reason why is because it has a blade a spear and a neck/foot catcher (so that I could trip them up then behead them). Halberds were a popular and deadly battle weapon during the middle ages.
lol Really Brian!! I'm the one that won that Schrade spear from a Schrade giveaway on fb. Well I don't hath to tell you just how brutal it is. Gives one a greater appreciation of the use of spears for thousands of years for hunting and fighting. Some I show it to say WHAT? Chuckle and wonder what is wrong with me until placed it in their hands and they get a good feel of the weight and a look at that double edged blade. Not one thinks it is a waste or useless toy after that. I did add one extra extension making it about 60" long and explain to some they would need just one more extension for their height. When I won the spear I thought I might sell it to get another knife but then I realized "no one else have one" and this spear can be better than a knife in some situations. Folks it's a beast!
I like your choices although I have one suggestion, if there is a way to upgrade the barrel on the .22 to one that will accept a suppressor you should consider that. I think that it's a "must have" considering we know zombies are attracted to noise. The quieter the better. If you haven't seen already, Schrade just put out a tutorial video on how to throw the spear on their YT channel. Lastly, I gotta get me one of those spears, just cool beans there.
wow Brian you always came off as such a peaceful man, zombies get you really riled up slashing throats, stabbing eye sockets, chopping heads off lol great video sir!!
here's a perfect example of telephone. the original prompt was MELEE weapons, which Chris Tanner from Prepared mind 101 wrote but misunderstood. only one step later, the word melee is gone altogether and now it's just weapon. and her's a ruger 10/22 takedown. a rifle is NOT a melee weapon!
Schrade saturday :) Zombie apocalypse, lol. Nice choices indeed. The priscilla is one wicked blade. Beautiful shape. Schrade is having a GAW on SCHSP1. Seems like a cool and fun product. Looking forward to your review and balance test on it :) Great vid as always Bryan! Big thumbs up :)
Another option is to "Fix Bayonet" on the AR-15. I know these are excellent choices for zombies, but the critical question is will they work against rabid polecats? This video brought a smile to my face.
Say Heah Brian, That Presilla remind's me of one of my Fav. Chopper's for the $$$. I teamed my Gen2 SP-53. And, man what a chopper. Ofcource I teamed it with my Ranger T. F. I. a real nice piece of kit.,,.
Survival On Purpose Haha, right on. I was trying to defend Chris in his choice of a firearm (Glock 19) as a true melee weapon, and some people seemed really upset about that choice. People are "interesting". We can leave it at that, LOL.
This are my 3 choices for Zombie Apocalypse... 1. RIFLE in (.22, .223/5.56) or Bow & Arrows 2. Spear (7-8') 3. Sword: Katana, Cavalry Saber, Machete, or Roman Gladius. 4. Tomahawk or a pike. 5. 6-8" Knife with full tang. 6. Pistol: Revolver or Automatic. 7. Folding knife. 8. Roman Style leather Armor, pre-imperial style.
great job bud i knew your take on this subject would b a great vid! keep up the great work and i didnt know bout the whole cdc ground zero thing thats awesome
yea man ill tell you what if the zombie apocalypse is gona start where u live then i guess ive got a lil head start im in NC so i guess ill b headin north lol or mayb west lol i wonder if vegas wil stil b rollin during the zombie apocalypse?
Note my weapons are based on, weight, durability, stealth, and family. I have simple weapons (spears, axe, warhammer, mace) that I could use but I rather give them to my family so they can use these simple weapons better. My three weapons are **drum roll* My kong 180lb crossbow My cheness O katana My cold steel bushman knife 1. My kong crossbow. The reason why I picked a cross bow over a gun is well. guns are *LOUD AS FUK* and would bring death to me with a hoard of every zom up to 12 kms. a cross bow allows me to hunt, distract and gives me a range benefit over someone who's does not have that benefit. (Being in canadain city. Not many have that benefit) and it's not quiet but atleast it's not a death sentence when I shoot. Plus reusable ammo, 2. My cheness cutlery Okatana. Before we begin a O katana is a longer bladed katana. The reason why I picked this sword is simple. It's made out of hardened 9260 spring carbon steel. Its durable as hell. I seen people actually cut steel barrels with this steel. It's the steel they use in frames for 18 to 24 wheel trucks. (Hardened too so even more durable) I know how to use it and that extra length of blade really add cutting power. I have wet stones so I can sharpen it in peace times, as long as I have the space to swing it or allowed to swing downwards then I would be fine. 3. Is my cold steelbushman knife. This is simple why i picked this. It's a open tang handle. Cold steel made the bushman knife to be places though a handle and used as a spear. Its thick and I have used it to split wood. And its overall a great knife. These are my 3 weapons I think I would pick
The AR-7 is more of a niche product, best for strictly survival purposes. Ergos are compromised for extreme packability. On the other hand the 10/22 takedown (and to a slightly lesser extent, the Marlin Papoose) is more of a practical, everyday shooter.
I've been waiting for the SCHMBS Priscilla to release!! Why is it unavailable already!? What the heck.. I want to get it for my lady as a valentines gift.
Survival On Purpose Amazon sold out early. I had to get in on ebay before I missed out... paired it with a Jess X I've been holing off on until now. thanks for the heads up on the release. Ive wanted this girl for months.
A .22 would run out of ammo. A good long rang weapon would be the S.A.S Survival Bow. You can reuse the arrows and if they brake you can make new ones. Also it's as quiet as it gets.
A 500 round box of 22 ammo weighs less than 4 pounds, but none of this really matters. However Suppressed and with Subsonic ammo this would be quieter than a bow
You go make 500 arrows, I'll run to Walmart and buy 500 rounds of ammo then bring on the zombie waves and see who outlasts who. What if ninjas are everywhere!
Brian, please tell your contacts at Schrade to start giving their knives cool names that we can remember. Guys are just big kids who love fun names like Grave Digger or Jessica x
Exelent; As Rocky would tell Bullwinkle, keep doing what you're doing, just do it faster. Love what you Tac, Chris and Your UA-cam community are doing. But remember there's only two true zombie fighter's in the world today and Chuck never forgets to send my Christmas card every year. And the most interesting guy in the world constantly wants to hang out with us.
The problem is that fire doesn't stop them immediately. Everyone knows that there is only one thing worse than having a bunch of zombies chasing you and that is having a bunch of flaming zombies chasing you! :)
LOL!!!!!!! I was wondering if you were going to test the balance on that spear!!! A pretty sneaky way to see just who watches to the very end!!! hee hee. And I agree on the 10-22 LR. Many people do not know that a CCI MiniMag LR, fired out of the 10-22 will go through a 1/2" pine board at 400 yards. And that's a fact.
Thanks Bryan and here is another fact.....people piss on the 22LR when they should not. ...the Israeli ground forces deploy the 10-22 in urban war settings as a sniper rifle.
I have Rugger 10/22 and Schrade Priscilla. One thing I suggest to the designer of Priscilla is, make it longer and lighter. It doesn't need to be heavy because zombies are not armored. Why Machaira is heavy? Because the enemy is armored. Zombie Appocalypse weapon doesn't need to be heavy.
Yes! 10/22 takedown is best choice when all things considered. Price also great compared to most gimmicky survival/bugout rifles. Henry survival rifle that stows in stock is only other one maybe worth considering. Thanks
finely somebody with some smarts... Surival On Purpose lol you with the 22. i cant tell you how many prep shows ive watched telling us how many guns i need for shtf. As a Marine Combat Vet i pick the 22lr p22 and m 4 rifle in 22lr or id like to have the 10/22. for all the reason you say. thanks had to edit here bc utube wont let me comment on my own post.
As unlikely as a zombie apocalypse is, having a few trusted go-to tools should be a must have. Hurricanes, floods and blizzards can turn some people into butt-heads. A person must be able to protect themselves, family and friends against people of weakend moral fortitude. Or a weirdo viral infection.
That spear looks suspiciously like the United Cutlery spears, although I own the M48 Tomahawk and havent managed to break it yet anything longer is a no go for me. The other two look decent.
YAKMAN HERE !! ONCE AGAIN BRYAN... WAY COOL Video ++ I concur about the spear you got to have distance and something sharp to chop off the zombie heads or stick them in the eye !! LOL 😂😂 YAKMAN OUT !!
OK! Good enought, the Ruger bag is cool, all your three weapons can find a place inside..The take down Ruger 22lr is a realistic choice, concerning munitions price, weight and volume.....The blade lenght on the spear is a little short maybe, if....you meet a bear...But, here, we 're talking about zombies, isn't it???
For melee range I would prefer an impact weapon rather than a penetrating one. If the decapitation attempt fails there is a very good chance your weapon will become lodged in bone and tissue. Blunt force trauma will still eliminate the threat. Just my opinion. Yes I have given this way too much thought. Major cool points for the spear. Be well Sir.
Good choices to take care of the undead. Lol Not that i believe in zombies but jojing aside..the places people should worry about living near are military bases like Fort Detrick in Maryland for example. So many of their bio-weapons, chemicals etc have found their way into the civilian population.

but what about bigfoot Apocalypse ..what would happen ?
i mean you didnt even touch on lochness monster
I love the wilderness and i am 10 so good age for the wilderness
Ha! The "extremely popular documentary" The Walking Dead. I see what you're doing here ...
Indeed.
That caught my attention too, LOL!
Rick Grimes approves
chuck Norris doesn't do push-ups he pushes the earth down
;-)
if you're a zombie, don't go to Brian's house
+John Eli :-)
you need a whale harpon mounted in your backyard
Survival On Purpose *Then it exploded. LoL!*
Dang! Was that a skunk on your fence at 9:47?
Fun video. These kind of videos cause us to think outside the box. I once read; "If you're prepared for a zombie apocalypse, then you're prepared for anything.
Haha! Awesome! Great video man, excellent choices. Thanks for the tag my friend, this one will be fun!
by the by...your blooper reels make me feel much better. Glad I am not the only one haha
+Feral Woodcraft I am the Elmer Fudd of UA-cam
That Spear would break during use..If I am seeing correctly the threads on the shaft are just polymer into polymer..A little lateral tweakage and the threads would strip out quick..
I guess it depends on what you use it for
In a zombie situation it would be used for melee combat..And to save your life..Just saying the polymer threads wouldn't last too long I don't think.
In hunting shops, you can find "wild hog pikes", with aluminium shaft (3 pieces of 50 cm) and a long dagger (blade 30/40 cm) to screw on it...It's pretty effective....

Tac tagged Chris. Chris tagged you. You tagged John and Joe. This was fun.
10/22 is the best zombie weapon by far. Lots of ammo around, lightweight, good range, quiet, great for small game and even deer.
it's a good rifle
ONe day I'm gonna visit Wyoming
First, I am jealous that you get to wear a t-shirt in Feb. We just had a night with a windchill of minus 40 (F and C)
So the weather is my #1 zombie weapon. #2 Priscilla is a killa and #3 that Schrade spear is quite nice too. That Ruger zombie stopper is is a good choice too, cause a 22 can stop a zombie, everybody knows that.
I am jealous that you get to play in the snow. Although I would soon grow tired of shoveling it I'm sure.
Love these zombie survival guide type episodes that UA-cam peeps do now and then. Good, fun stuff. Enjoyed vid.
Thanks. I appreciate it.
I enjoyed your list. The one thing I would of switched is from the Ruger 10/22 takedown model to the Just Right Carbine 9mm take down version since this will work with the GLock magazines I carry with my G26 and it stores nicely in a backpack.
+Brad Myers so many choices, so few zombies
Here are my choices if my melee and firearms are in one list and not separate categories...
1. Knife. Very useful and versatile. I personally have 2 pocket knives but I think a combat, tactical, hunting, or bowie knife is more ideal. The knife can create other weapons with this (such as when a wooden stick is present, a knife can sharpen wood to make it an improvised spear. Many knives can be thrown too.

3. An AR-15 in 5.56 as a battle rifle for mid range. (I need one in my life as well.)
[Choices are based on my limitations here in California.]
If top 10...
"You'd take that off , obviously!"
Great t-shirt slogan.
Too Funny!!!!
+Geo Z ;-)
Looks awesome! all except for one thing, I would want a halberd rather than a simple spear. The reason why is because it has a blade a spear and a neck/foot catcher (so that I could trip them up then behead them). Halberds were a popular and deadly battle weapon during the middle ages.
Hmmmm
lol Really Brian!!
And fun
I like your choices although I have one suggestion, if there is a way to upgrade the barrel on the .22 to one that will accept a suppressor you should consider that. I think that it's a "must have" considering we know zombies are attracted to noise. The quieter the better. If you haven't seen already, Schrade just put out a tutorial video on how to throw the spear on their YT channel. Lastly, I gotta get me one of those spears, just cool beans there.
I should have bought a threaded barrel
You had me worried, I thought that we weren't going to see the high tech test facility in use.
+Rhys Clement-Evans patience is a virtue ;-)
Gotta watch your old videos once in a while.
Knowing your affinity for throwing knives I couldn't believe you wouldn't throw it. Glad I watched to the very end. :-)
+Bert M ;-)
Haha. I can tell you had fun!
wow Brian you always came off as such a peaceful man, zombies get you really riled up slashing throats, stabbing eye sockets, chopping heads off lol great video sir!!
Just having some fun.
Good point on the space savings of the ammo, thanks Bryan!
+snakemonkey555 thanks
Awesome vid! Love that 10 22 takedown! That spear looks like a lot backyard fun!
It is
Bolo with cats on each end, flame thrower, and that fantasy bowie
+Gary Weaver all righty then
here's a perfect example of telephone. the original prompt was MELEE weapons, which Chris Tanner from Prepared mind 101 wrote but misunderstood. only one step later, the word melee is gone altogether and now it's just weapon. and her's a ruger 10/22 takedown. a rifle is NOT a melee weapon!
+Jani Sukanen did you stay till the end of this video ?
Yes. How did it throw? Curious about the weight and all. Never tried a spear like that before.
Surprisingly well.
Another option is to "Fix Bayonet" on the AR-15. I know these are excellent choices for zombies, but the critical question is will they work against rabid polecats? This video brought a smile to my face.
+B Mathews thanks
Say Heah Brian, That Presilla remind's me of one of my Fav. Chopper's for the $$$. I teamed my Gen2 SP-53. And, man what a chopper. Ofcource I teamed it with my Ranger T. F. I. a real nice piece of kit.,,.
Thanks for another FUN vid, Bryan!! SOOoooo glad I waited till the end for some last minute balance testing. HAHA Great vids.
+jmax7733 thanks
Brian, it was three MELEE weapons specifically. We had a few good arguments on Chris' channel about what that term meant.
I don't want to argue
Survival On Purpose Haha, right on. I was trying to defend Chris in his choice of a firearm (Glock 19) as a true melee weapon, and some people seemed really upset about that choice. People are "interesting". We can leave it at that, LOL.
Great video brother . the spear is a great choice . its one of humanity's oldest weapons and is still to this day a great survival weapon .
true. And it ls just plain fun
Bonus zombie defence tool: Chuck Norris, just lend him that spear, get a fire going and get that coffee brewing
;-)
Spears are one of the most practical weapons ever
This are my 3 choices for Zombie Apocalypse...
1. RIFLE in (.22, .223/5.56) or Bow & Arrows
2. Spear (7-8')
3. Sword: Katana, Cavalry Saber, Machete, or Roman Gladius.
4. Tomahawk or a pike.
5. 6-8" Knife with full tang.
6. Pistol: Revolver or Automatic.
7. Folding knife.
8. Roman Style leather Armor, pre-imperial style.
All righty then.
I agree with your choices. hey Bryan you should check out the kershaw select fire folding knife. it's a pretty cool looking edc folder
+Outdoor_ And _ parkour cool
great job bud i knew your take on this subject would b a great vid! keep up the great work and i didnt know bout the whole cdc ground zero thing thats awesome
+Josh S you think so?
yea man ill tell you what if the zombie apocalypse is gona start where u live then i guess ive got a lil head start im in NC so i guess ill b headin north lol or mayb west lol i wonder if vegas wil stil b rollin during the zombie apocalypse?
I liked your weapons that you picked. That spear is fricken AWESOME
+Everyday Survival it is fun
Note my weapons are based on, weight, durability, stealth, and family. I have simple weapons (spears, axe, warhammer, mace) that I could use but I rather give them to my family so they can use these simple weapons better.
My three weapons are **drum roll*
My kong 180lb crossbow
My cheness O katana
My cold steel bushman knife
Plus reusable ammo,
My 3 weapons would be a baton,whip,slingshot
22LR is the lightest and most abundant ammo in America! Good choice Ruger 10/22
Love it! i always want that take down Ruger 22.! Good stuff :)
+Adam Celadin check out the threaded barrel version.
+The Prepper I don't like the hand grip on the stock. It feels very awkward to me.
The AR-7 is more of a niche product, best for strictly survival purposes. Ergos are compromised for extreme packability. On the other hand the 10/22 takedown (and to a slightly lesser extent, the Marlin Papoose) is more of a practical, everyday shooter.
awesome video yet again Bryan!
+Rhys Tucker thanks
I've been waiting for the SCHMBS Priscilla to release!! Why is it unavailable already!? What the heck.. I want to get it for my lady as a valentines gift.

Righteous! great video as always.

You have me feeling sorry for zombies!
;-)
A .22 would run out of ammo. A good long rang weapon would be the S.A.S Survival Bow. You can reuse the arrows and if they brake you can make new ones. Also it's as quiet as it gets.
A 500 round box of 22 ammo weighs less than 4 pounds, but none of this really matters. However Suppressed and with Subsonic ammo this would be quieter than a bow
You would still eventually run out of ammo, and from then on your gun is basically a club.
You go make 500 arrows, I'll run to Walmart and buy 500 rounds of ammo then bring on the zombie waves and see who outlasts who. What if ninjas are everywhere!
Maurice Lestage If there are Ninja Zombies we are doomed. XD
+God :-O a .22 will take them out from waaaay over there
I like your choices.Great vid Brian. Thats a cool spear.
+Bharley57 west isn't it?
Brian, please tell your contacts at Schrade to start giving their knives cool names that we can remember. Guys are just big kids who love fun names like Grave Digger or Jessica x
Exelent; As Rocky would tell Bullwinkle, keep doing what you're doing, just do it faster. Love what you Tac, Chris and Your UA-cam community are doing. But remember there's only two true zombie fighter's in the world today and Chuck never forgets to send my Christmas card every year. And the most interesting guy in the world constantly wants to hang out with us.
I'm jealous
I don't believe in Zombies , but if I did , I would use a flame thrower. Thank you
Bryan Resch no you wouldn't
+Bryan Resch cool
The problem is that fire doesn't stop them immediately. Everyone knows that there is only one thing worse than having a bunch of zombies chasing you and that is having a bunch of flaming zombies chasing you! :)
LOL!!!!!!! I was wondering if you were going to test the balance on that spear!!! A pretty sneaky way to see just who watches to the very end!!! hee hee. And I agree on the 10-22 LR. Many people do not know that a CCI MiniMag LR, fired out of the 10-22 will go through a 1/2" pine board at 400 yards. And that's a fact.
+Charles Larson cool fact Charles
Thanks Bryan and here is another fact.....people piss on the 22LR when they should not. ...the Israeli ground forces deploy the 10-22 in urban war settings as a sniper rifle.
this was awesome man! great video! I like that spear
+coolkid survival me too
I have Rugger 10/22 and Schrade Priscilla.
One thing I suggest to the designer of Priscilla is, make it longer and lighter.
It doesn't need to be heavy because zombies are not armored.
Why Machaira is heavy?
Because the enemy is armored.
Zombie Appocalypse weapon doesn't need to be heavy.
Accept the tag! Look for a video soon... Oh this is going to be fun for sure.
+Wingman115 I can't wait to see it.
After your chuck Norris fact. Was that a skunk on the fence in the background Brian? Had to go back a few to notice it.
Skunk? What skunk?
Yes! 10/22 takedown is best choice when all things considered. Price also great compared to most gimmicky survival/bugout rifles. Henry survival rifle that stows in stock is only other one maybe worth considering. Thanks
+Lee Stephenson I don't like the hand grip on the Henry.
wow, didn't know you lived around Atl. Rise Up. can't wait to move back in a couple weeks.
+GODSGUNSGLORY cool
Can you please make a Tic Tac survival kit.
+God :-O probably not. Jut not. If enough. In my opinion.
thank you
Good picks! I like the spear. I cant wait for the review on the spear.
+Survival Mindset soon
Now I have to get my hands on one of the spears....
+Dynasty Preppers LLC yes you do
finely somebody with some smarts... Surival On Purpose lol you with the 22. i cant tell you how many prep shows ive watched
telling us how many guns i need for shtf. As a Marine Combat Vet i pick
the 22lr p22 and m 4 rifle in 22lr or id like to have the 10/22. for all
the reason you say. thanks had to edit here bc utube wont let me comment on my own post.
+WMD where?
Excellent!!! Got the Priscilla, the gun, gotta get the spear tho! Mission time!!!
Thanks for watching.
A silencer on that ruger would be sweet for taking the zombies out discreetly.
Yeah, I screwed up and didn't get the threaded barrel
Nothing you couldn't fix with some pvc, cotton and some washers; in a zombie scenario you won't be worrying about a tax stamp. :)
Sweeet! I just bought a Priscilla.
That spear looks suspiciously like the United Cutlery spears, although I own the M48 Tomahawk and havent managed to break it yet anything longer is a no go for me.
The other two look decent.
+TurtleWolf Pack cool
Awesome choices of gear.Really like the 10/22.
+jeramy lawlor me too
I like your choices man
One issue I have with the snap on schmbs is the blade cut into the snap
Hi David
Thanks for a great video, I love your shirt is it on sale ?
Best regards
Martin
Not yet David ;-)
Survival On Purpose what a shame I want one when they come out for sale
No need to get violent with zombies; just make sure their tv stays on. Then they're immobilized.
Stinky was on your fence eavesdropping on your zombie preps!
+Stanley Sprow hmmm
Max level Zombie killer
at least the video title didnt say "my top 3 melee weapons"
+ClearedCrayon at least
That Spear is just begging for a balance test!
Watch till the end
Great video Brian!
Thanks!
oh yeah, that balance test with the spear made my day🗡🗡🗡🗡🗡
thats my five blade review
+Wil Standridge thanks !
You've got a spear.....that is pretty awesome.
+Ron C (A Day in the Life) it is fun
Honestly, the spear can be super useful, potentially
very good choices Bryan!
+The_kid fun stuff
Whatever you do use guns as a last case scenario like of youre cornerd use it and make a base i suggest use a village for a base
YAKMAN HERE !!
ONCE AGAIN BRYAN... WAY COOL Video ++ I concur about the spear you got to have distance and something sharp to chop off the zombie heads or stick them in the eye !! LOL 😂😂
YAKMAN OUT !!
+Nancy James thanks YAKMAN
Hey haven't commented in awhile but I'm still watching
Thanks. I appreciate it.
pro tip. read the fine print on the sheath on the spear. lol you will see what im talking about
Hmmm
That spear is wicked cool.
Indeed.
Why You Need Schrade ??? when you all ready have a "SKUNK "
+INDIAN PREPPER 24*7 Skunk? what skunk?
If you ever want to have a beer at TMac the first round is on me!
+Stanley Clark I appreciate it. We'd have to make it a sweet tea though, I haven't had a beer in almost 20 years.
I hear ya brother! That works too. :)
I wonder what would Aaron from Gideons tactical carry. good choice. :)
Indeed.
Pls tag him. :)
What are your top three zombie apocalypse water purifiers?
If I'm correct, the original video started by Tactical was for Zombie_Melee weapons.. Till preparedmind101 added a Glock 19th in it...
+Tushar Nadkarni creative license
I've got a 100 shot 'drum' magazine
+Grandpa Bill cool
i would love to see you and john the wingman 115 shoot arrows together that would be awesome
It would be fun
For melee range I would prefer an impact weapon rather than a penetrating one. If the decapitation attempt fails there is a very good chance your weapon will become lodged in bone and tissue. Blunt force trauma will still eliminate the threat. Just my opinion. Yes I have given this way too much thought.
Major cool points for the spear.
Be well Sir.
All righty then ;-)
I agree and disagree to an extent. As long as we're sticking to bats and similar things and not hammers I'm down.
Good choices to take care of the undead. Lol
Not that i believe in zombies but jojing aside..the places people should worry about living near are military bases like Fort Detrick in Maryland for example. So many of their bio-weapons, chemicals etc have found their way into the civilian population.
That Ruger 10 22 is a handy rifle. A 22 will pierce a human Skull and zombies don't wear helmets
