- We've had some time with the Maxpeedingrods MXR4000GT to put it through it's paces and it's time to let you guys know what we think of it. In short, we got rid of our other inventor generator and have replaced it to use this one full time at the track. Everything so far has been above our expectations honestly. I have been thinking about getting a generator, thanks for the honest review.
It's honestly impressive, definitely don't need the propane option as that adds a bunch of cost. Unless you wan to use propane of course. But the same version without the propane option is a lot less.
OK so you might not be a review channel. But this is the best video I have seen after looking at generators for months. Maybe it’s because your car guys. Living down in Taos got to get up to see that shop.
We've used it many times since this video and it's been perfect honestly.
I’m so glad you did a review on this because one popped up in my FIP and now that I’ve seen it in action especially in an automotive application like so I am definitely going to get one of these little guys. I wonder if it’ll stand up to a Honda though 🤨..?
We just used it again this weekend as we had an event, it ran for 3 days straight flawlessly. I dig the Eco mode.

Mine keeps throwing a co2 issue any solution
It's pretty common with most generators that have it honestly. My buddy has a higher end generator (different brand) and his was tripping all the time. You just need to keep it in the open area, or worst case run a fan by the sensor. The fan sounds crazy, but that's literally what support told my buddy with his generator. lol (again different brand).
