I still think modernist architecture we see alot in LA now since recently doesn't compare to the architecture like this and few still standing in LA 👍👍
Having been IN the house, I can tell you it's NOT plastic, nor a dump. If you could have afforded it, you would have been neighbors with the Reagans.. (not a selling feature for sure). "Over the top" why of course, at $45,000,000.00 I would hope it's WAY over the top !!
Interesting how the woman introducing this video completely mispronounces the name of the entrance hall, in her choice of word 'Foyer.' Foyer is a French word and therefore is pronounced 'Foyaay'
Perfect example of where money does not buy taste! I would rather live in The Stahl House, The Goldstein residence, Falling water, a London townhouse in Mayfair, The Tower House in London, anywhere but this hideous tasteless gaudy palace.
Oh dear, it’s hideous! Yes, beautiful to look at and marvel at the style and quality but..... other than to impress other people, what is the point of all that (so called) “luxury”, nothing. Try all they want, they will not escape the fact that it is in L.A., one of the worlds most congested and polluted cities, they are Americans so, no matter how rich they are, they will never have the class of any old world families, and , oh yes , it’s in the USA, the most fractured, dysfunctional, racist and dangerous places on the globe to live.
The world's most dangerous cities (by murder rate) are in Venezuela, Mexico and Brazil. Also, I would think where there is an ongoing WAR like in Ukraine, Syria and Yemen, etc. it would be a bit more dangerous than the USA (which you've likely never even stepped foot in). You sound like one of those people that doesn't care about facts and would prefer to believe whatever makes your prejudices feel better.
I love the gold leaf millwork and columns, very well designed mansion and worth the price! The drapes alone are utterly amazing!
Muchas gracias

I love the grand, long banquet table. Where can we buy that?

for guest because homes like this were built for throwing lavish parties with up to 200 people in attendance!
It'd be on my short list, if I had that kind of money and income.
I can appreciate the art involved, but it seems the height of decadence as a private mansion.
Where's the game room
beauty for house...but for only 2 people...
When old money ran things, now these celebs and tech billionaires making these glass boxes
The pool should be bigger
Yoo ima be living in this house so this isn’t your dream house
I like the property.
you can change the furniture and interior duh!
...not the sharpest tool in the toolbox are you?

You seem to have a prejudice against the us
