There are two lights in the world. One is the sun, this represents Saitama. It shines so brilliantly that it outshines every other light in the sky. it protects us, keeps us warm, and chases away the darkness that no one else could. We would all be dead without it. The other light is the moon. This represents Mumen Rider. It will never shine as bright as the sun, not even close. But on a clear night, it shines pure. More pure than any other light. This is the light of a true heroic spirit, one who embodies what it really means to be a hero. This spark, this candle in the darkness, is the piece of humanity that makes us rise up. The hero inside all of us that makes us become protectors, defenders, heroes.
there is also a great super-nova, the greatest, most powerful light of them all. it's time isn't here yet, but it fast approaches. the man with the greatest courage, the Stongest of all Heroes, the man who over-comes insurmountable challanges and his own weakness to become the Great hero we all need: King!
For me, Mumen Rider really represents ONE. He doesn't have great art style and everyone else is better than him but he has a good heart and never give up drawing his manga because he believes in his story.
Late response but he's my favourite character in the show. It's easy being a hero when you can insta-kill anything with one punch. Now try being a hero when you're weak AF, you know you can't win but still won't give up because there are people out there who need a hero! Mumen Rider is simply the embodiment of shonen anime.
@@CidGuerreiro1234 mumen rider is actually strong er than captain america, he can even be a low a tier. He stays in the c tier so People have to surpass him to be B tier, that way he brings up the standarts
Though I love OPM as a gag show/comic, the actions of Mumen Rider and quotes of Saitama are just really emotional. Even if he couldn't defeat someone, he risked his life just to save others. The true hero Mumen reminds me of Deku.
This anime series told us the following things: - Not every hero has superpowers - Even the strongest person can be lonely and empty from the inside. - If you have the courage or the will, people will definitely cheer you. - When you meet a person stronger or sharper then you don't be jealous, make him your master and learn from him. - Most importantly, always fight for the truth and try to understand it.
1. Noone has Superpowers 2. Physical Strength doesnt help you in the time we live in 3. Few people who love you will, noone else Everything you said the series "told us" is not usable in the real world xD
"No one expects much from me. They think a Class C hero won't be much help.I know that better than anyone! I'm not good enough for Class B. I'm weak. I know that much. No one has to tell me I have no chance of beating you. I already know that! And yet, I must try. It's not about winning or losing! It's about me taking you on right here, RIGHT NOW!" Mumen Rider, A true HERO
The best thing is, Mumen Rider did actually save those people. Sure, Saitama would have shown up eventually to do his thing, but if Mumen Rider hadn't taken that beating, Saitama wouldn't have made it in time.
but the most touching thing about Mumen Rider is that he is like us. By that I mean is that he has no super powers, special gadgets or weapons...... just an average guy not so rich but working hard to keep the wheel of life going. He was as strong as anyone in that herd of people but had the heart of gold and the desire to face problems that are greater than him because he is not a quitter nor a coward. Surely a true hero he is and that's why Saitama respects him.
Zain Ahmed For sure, its one of the highlights of the show, because Mumen Rider can't do a thing, but he refuses to sit on the sidelines and watch an atrocity. No matter how small the fight he can put up, he'd rather go down fighting to protect people and do what he can than let others risk their lives for him.
yeah exactly, his words still ring in my ears, "it's not about winning or losing! It's about me taking you on right here right now!" He shows the true meaning of elevating your will and morals so high that it brightens other peoples' path and guide them towards success and hope. A lot a people give up on problems...life and etc and end up with a hole or emptiness in their heart, but with a will as strong as a mountain and extensive hard work people can achieve so high. However not always, ... they fall hard and like here Mumen Rider shows that he would rather fall over and over again rather than quitting. He would have died and he knew that, but dying with a fully satisfied heart is better than living with regrets and a hole in the heart.
yeah, didn't expect this when I first started to watch. And later on loved this anime so much more than other mainstream anime teaching u not to give up cuz of Mumen Rider and ofcourse Saitama. Mumen is no saiyan or shinobi lol, he is just a human to whom we can all relate to.
You know what made this moment a lot more impactful? It's the fact that it didn't fall into the anime cliche of getting a sudden boost of power just by sheer will and cheers. It showed the reality that no matter how strong is your resolve, it will never be enough in facing impossible odds, but he still did it anyway because it's what should be done and that's what heroes do.
@@apex9478 i mean, they kinda did mumen dirty, he would've still lost and made no damage, but they could've at least allowed him to punch once or twice deep sea king (even though he would deal no damage)
There are 2 types of hero in this world : 1. The strongest , the fastest , the smartest , etc 2. The ones who are there for you , when no one else is , despite knowing there own weaknesses , they become your hope , your strength , and most importantly your hero...
There was no chance for Mumen to win. That fact is already painfully obvious. The poor bastard didn't have anything useful going for him. No Telekinesis, no Martial Arts training, no OP Mechsuit and certainly wouldn't be ending the fight in one punch. In the moment, in the Valley of Death, the Hero "Mumen Rider", the "Cyclist for Justice" was relegated to nothing more than an animated corpse. A dead man walking. It was stupid- no... Downright asinine to go for the Deep Sea King's throat. That is and forever will be a fact. But even then. The people put all their wasted hope towards him. Cheering him on; believing that he could blow that cursed monster to bits. And he knew he would never beat Deep Sea King, better than anyone else. Yet he answered the cry for help. He was utterly, undeniably, without a shadow of a doubt useless against the odds. But above everyone and everything else... ...He was a Hero.

The song of a Hero. Mumen rider touches our hearts, not because he was a great hero. Not because he was all powerful. But because he's someone every single person can relate with. Because he's JUST a person, pitching in and doing what he can to help, doing whatever he can on his bike. He didn't just risk his life against Deep Sea King. He went in expecting to die. All he was trying to do was buy as much time as his life would give. He saved those civies. He saved Genos. He is the Cyclist for Justice. He is Mumen Rider. A Hero.
To that one soul reading this. I know you're tired, you're fed up, you're close to breaking but there's strength within you, even when you feel Weak. - Just Keep fighting.
At first, nobody thought much of Mumen Rider. Not even us, the viewers. After all, he's just a normal guy with no powers compared to many of the other heroes we see. Nothing but a normal cyclist, with a desire to help others. But starting from this moment, and this moment alone, everyone sees him as a true hero. Not because he's powerful, not because he's winning the fight, but simply because he's giving it his all. Even when facing overwhelming odds, he's not willing to back down. Armed with only the determination to protect the people and a courageous heart, he would face the enemy who could kill him so easily at any moment. He does his best to be a hero, not for glory, fame, or money. He dedicates everything for the sake of others. To protect the ones who are too afraid to fight. To show people that there is still a glimmer of hope. To reassure them, even if its just a sliver of chance, that everything was going to be alright. His words that acknowledges his weakness, that he know that no one believes in him, that there was no chance of winning, he still gives it everything he's got. And that's why the people cheer for him. That's why everyone was screaming for his victory. Why everyone was willing to put their belief in him, even if he is just a normal person compared to the other heroes. It wasn't about the strongest punch, the flashiest attack, or the sharpest blade, but its about the strongest heart. He was just a man, but he represents what it means to be a hero.
Wow, imagine that there's one episode at One Punch Man about Mumen Rider and the sad theme in the video plays while someone is making a speech about this courageous hero with the paragraph you just wrote.
People in the comments keep saying Mumen Rider is worthy of Mjolnir, and One for All, and deserves a power-up. But while that may be true, it's the very fact that he doesn't have any powers that makes his character so unique and great. He's just a regular person, but with a heart of gold and who genuinely does his best to help people. And that is what a True Hero is all about
Mumen rider was just opposite of saitama.he was weak but he has such big words .while saitama is too strong he lost of everything in and had none of purpose of living Mumen rider still has a journey to ride on
Remember that time when mumen hold off sea king for few seconds just in time for saitama to arrive. He was the weakest hero over there but his few seconds saved everyone's life. maybe thats why saitama had respect for him when he commented smiling "you did fine, nice fight". and not taking credit for the win instead crediting all the defeated heroes. Such an amazing characters one has created.
Mumen Rider may not have powers, but he stays as one of the best heroes to ever exist. Despite fighting a losing battle to the Deep Sea King, he still fought so humanity could live. He fought to save his friends, and his people. Unlike other heroes, he actually has the heart of a hero. In our hearts, he is beyond Class S.
“If you really want to become strong, stop caring about what others think about you. Living your life has nothing to do with what others think.” - Saitama
2 Years late but heres another quote “Who the heck decides what your limit is, anyway? If you have the time to break down, you’re better off moving forward.”

"Im so lucky that other heroes has made this monster weaker ,soo i can beat him easily...."just for make people not mocking the heroes he sacrifice himself
If you think about it, Mumen Rider is probably the ONLY Hero in society that doesn’t do his work for money or fame. Tatsumaki is a Hero because Blast told her to become a Hero, which means she’s just following the instructions of someone she admires, while she is strong, she doesn’t have any reason of becoming a Hero of her own. Bang is just a ridiculously strong old man that needs money in his soon to end noble life. But I respect that. In this world, money is often depicted as the decider of the fate of a human. Genos is a Hero because he seeks revenge on some robot that destroyed his hometown. He has absolutely no other reason whatsoever. But, it is also a solid reason. Blast is one of the worst. Idgaf if you’re super strong. A Hero must do his job properly and not just whenever he wants to take a walk out in the streets. He has never shown his face to us ever and still has the spot for number 1... fuck that. I’m not gonna go over every single hero, so I’m just gonna summarize most of them. Likely more than 70% of the Heroes, regardless of rank, chase after fame and fortune. Saitama may be a Hero just for the sake of fun, but at least he actually beats the really strong monsters that even S class heroes have trouble with to a pulp on a daily basis, unlike Blast. But given to his extremely simple reason, I just can’t find a solid argument against it. This is a checkmate. Mumen Rider is the only true and pure, ideal Hero. He doesn’t care if he breaks all his bones or loses a limb. He can’t bear to see the horrified faces of innocent people being terrorized by villains, so he acts and tries to save these people. Unfortunately, he’s not rich enough to have super convenient for battle gadgets, since he probably donates the money he receives to charity and he certainly has no physical power. The one thing that makes him stand out pf the countless Heroes is the fact that he is the only one out of all 500+ Heroes to take his job seriously and act like an actual hero. He’s one of the few people who has Saitama’s respect, which is rare by the way, and also one of the only ones that recognizes Saitama’s true power. He’s nice to kids, he helps the mentally and physically ill people deal with everyday life obstacles. A true Hero, indeed...
I agree with verything you have said especially the blast part.He is fucking ahole who doesnt fight because his demands were not given or approved by the hero association. But saiatama intially does it for fun but in the sea king episode he actually degrades himself by lying that he is taking credit by killing the sea king who is alredy weakened by other heroes ,which is far from the truth ,so basically saitama didnt want the people to loose faith in heroes who fought the monster .Hence he sacrificed the fame and adoration from the people by protecting the honour of other heroes .So saitama and mumen are the only true heroes in opm .The other heroes can go hang themselves especially blast and tatsumaki
Dude i dont know what u r talking about. Mumen rider also gets paid for his hardwork just as saitama and definetly has more fame and recognition then saitama in the eyes of public . After the deep sea king event mumen gets more famous where as saitama butchers his own reputation for the sake of other heroes. And why r u making getting paid a bad thing??? I wanna get paid for the hardwork i have done. If i cant even feed myself or my family then how the hell am i going to fight monsters or why the hell am i going to fight monsters? You need to make a living first for the job/hobby u want to do or love to do .
agree s class peoples doesn't belong to be called as a hero. not all of course. The mumen rider would be very suitable for that post. according to stains logic from MHA ideologies.
Honestly, I think this was the best fight in the whole series, in both emotion and symbolism; Mumen Rider, the people's hero, never able to obtain a strength that would dominate, but instead, has a strength that empowers others beyond belief, one that would make others believe that there's always a chance at victory, even in the bleakest and darkest of moments, that giving up is not an option, he embodies the true qualities of a hero. And as he falls, Saitama, the one who understands his position, who had once stood in the same defiance against a foe who looked strong enough to destroy him ten times over, but still stood to the challenge to win for somebody else, but never in his own personal gain, but simply to help. Only now, Mumen Rider isn't Saitama, who's broken his limits over and over, but instead, he is Saitama, not in strength, but words, as he is the hero who's words have reached beyond the threshold, and into everyone's heart, as Saitama stands for him, so does Mumen Rider, both a symbol of heroism, in both power, and words. But hey, that's just how strong the C class, and the strongest are. If you've read this far, thanks! (P.S. Honestly, can't believe how much I cried; felt like the little kid, crying my eyes out, wanting him to win, believing he could win.)
I would argue that saitama vs boros is equal or even better because it paints us the picture of two people who are said to be the ultimate power in each to their own and then outright destroys it when we realize at the end, the pain of saitama, a character who is invincible, outright won the battle while boros who although lost, also got the fight of his life, which was what both of them were looking for. It teaches us that humans who strive to become perfect, they are alright as who they are. Don't get me wrong it is always good to try to become better but we should never lose humanity trying to or even become depressed if we do not reach our ultimate goals, since we are humans and make mistakes. The fight makes us really think about whether too much power or even being too perfect in a world is not a good thing and that being weak or imperfect has its own strength. So I think that both these fights are really good in their own rights but I am also saying that there are other fights that also have a lot of emotion in them. btw I really like your comment :D
He really is a brave soul. When everyone including Genos too, gave up hope, when everything seemed lost, with a bunch of B and even A class heroes afraid, he, just a C rank by class, showed the courage to come up and face his fear in it's fucking face. Even Suriyu lost hope after the attack, most possible as stronger as a S class _Respect_ He's the kind of hero All Might talks of (to give a reference) and the world needs I know it's cliché but truly he's my favourite hero of any hero, from like all of them
If you want to go deeper about Mumen Rider, this isn't him stalling time against the Sea King or the fight in particular. I feel like Mumen Rider is fighting his inner demon in some aspect. Whether it be depression or doubts. He is facing his doubts in the world from himself and others. The line that gives me that indication is, "... It's not about winning or losing, it's about me taking you right here and right now!", is a line where he is confronting these doubts that circle him. He is trying to prove something to himself, not to others, of what he is capable of. This is why I love Mumen Rider. A perfect flawed human who goes beyond their limit to do everything and anything through sheer will, heart, and spirit. Many relate to him during this moment. I hope you appreciate him as well.
"Why Do you fight when you know that its impossible for you to win." "Because I have to ... , we all have to die one day , why not die contended , instead of living a life full of regrets." When your heart cheers for a person to win , so much that it does not matter how slim the chances are , you will know that he is a true hero .
I very rarely rewatch shows. But, on the one time I rewatched S1 of OPM, I really took my time to enjoy the Sea King "arc" mainly because of this guy right here. It's crazy how practically the weakest dude in the show is a greatest foil for what strength truly is. If y'all reading this and you feel weak and alone, you're stronger than you know, and even if we're all randos on the internet, we're all rooting for you too. Go out there and get after it.
He's my inspiration. Mumen Rider pushes me forward to fight against life and keep a smile to those who matter. It's not about winning, it's about taking you down, right here and now. I cried at that. I felt the way he was so utterly helpless because I'm also dealing with such a difficult situation. But he still fought. He didn't hesitate to help someone in need. I keep reminding myself of him and the way he stood his ground and fought against an opponent he stood absolutely zero chance. He risked his entire life to help, even if he was weak, even if he was a C Class Hero, even if no one expected much from him, he knew it best. But isn't saving someone what makes a hero? And he did. Without him, Genos would've died. He held Deep Sea King long enough for Saitama to come. You're a true Hero, Mumen Rider, always have, and always will be.
"Even Saitama was just like Mumen Rider once. No training, no super strength, and of course, couldn't end the match in one punch. Even though Mumen Rider didn't have the strength to overpower his opponents, he still knew he had to protect the citizens. A real hero fights for Justice, not for recognition."
Three character I like are:- 1.Saitama hero for one : his goal is to safe everyone and in return wants nothing. 2.mumen rider : A inspiration for all to never give up hardwork always work. 3.genos : appreciate his master follow him and struggle to make his master shine in front of everyone.

i have a theory that the person which was in the prophecy was really blast, not saitama. Because the prophecy suggested that there would be a fair fight between boros and another person, but saitama and boros was far from it. also Saitama was about 5 years at the time they said the prophecy, whilst blast was a hero for at least known 18 years, which means it is likely more chance of the prophecy talking about blast rather than saitama but that is just my opinion

@@MemeLord-eg7hm I mean, you could believe that, but I believe Saitama is indeed a "true hero" in his current state. Do you remember the fight between the heroes and Deep Sea King, and how he came just a little too late to save everyone? After killing Deep Sea King, the people in the evacuation shelter began to doubt the effectiveness of professional heroes. He lies to the civilians in the shelter saying he delivered the killing blow, and that the heroes simply softened Deep Sea King up for him so he could take the credit. Saitama did this to bring the light onto the heroes that sacrificed themselves to protect them, even if it tarnished his public image and reputation as a hero; because if it weren't for them, the citizens in the evacuation shelter would have been slaughtered. All Saitama did was come in to save the heroes and civilians from the monster, and didn't (or atleast tried to) take any actual credit by making himself seem self-centered infront of everyone. He doesn't care what the general public thinks of him, or how high he's ranked in the hero association, hell, his own city hates him because of how he smashed a meteor that would have totaled City Z ten fold. Saitama, just like Mumen Rider, does the right thing without requiring recognition, or a reward because the two are in essence the only "true heroes" in the series.
Boros’s death is immensely tragic when you think he’s the only person in the universe who actually truly GETS what saitama is going through, he, like saitama, was just too strong and had nothing to strive for, and in his last moments he saw the same emptiness in saitama he had felt for so long. Him saying he was to strong wasn’t a compliment, I like to think it was an apology of some sort.
Despite not having so much screen time like Saitama and the rest of S rank heroes, he still is a lovely character towards the community of the people here, its not that because he is strong. It is because of his determination and the will to protect other and do what is right
We all are...... Many of us thought it was stupid of him to fight the deep sea King but that idiot put his life on the line to save people against all odds which makes him a hero..... In all seriousness we can't be like Saitama, Superman, Goku but we can be Mumen rider.
I was just thinking... Isn’t Saitama really inspiring by saying that he only obtained his powers by sheer effort and hard work? This reflects Mumen Rider because he doesn’t have any powers yet he still tries; he already has the power within him. The power to inspire! If what Saitama said is true, then Mumen Rider can also become a really powerful hero, fuelled by the passion within him to help others (much like younger Saitama). I just hope he doesn’t become a bored, emotionless and depressed
I think, the fact that he's doing justice and protecting people will keep him from becoming that. Saitama became a hero for fun but the fun was lost when he became too strong and since muman is for justice and being a actual hero, his struggles would be getting there and saving people because not all the time will he be able to get there. This makes me feel like there should be a series about him slowly getting stronger and becoming a great hero I would read that in a heart beat.

Amai mask's jaw drops and the Tank Top brothers eyes widen Then, without an ounce of struggle, Mumen slowly lifts up the hammer, and hoists it over his head Everyone in the crowd gasps in disbelief. How could a C class hero with no powers do what no other hero could? Silverfang: "Ha! The kid is definitely special Amai Mask storms out of hq in jealousy The tank top brothers both fall to their knees in disbelief Mumen looks up at the stone hammer, in utter shock he has done such a feat Saitama smirks: "Told you" Everyone in the crowd is talking over each other, in sheer shock and admiration All of a sudden, the crowd chants "MUMEN. MUMEN. MUMEN" A tear goes down Mumen Rider's cheek: "Is this...is this what it feels like? To be worthy of being called a hero? All of a sudden, Mumen hears a voice in his head: "For he who is worthy, shall possess the power of Thor. Use this tool to guide those to safety, security, and peace. It is yours" Mumen breaks down in tears, finally knowing that he is a true hero Genos: "A class C Hero...has done the impossible Saitama: "The kid has heart Genos. One greater than all of us Mumen, walks down the crowd and greets Saitama, with the hammer in his hand Mumen: "Thank you, Saitama.

Late response but he's my favourite character in the show. It's easy being a hero when you can insta-kill anything with one punch. Now try being a hero when you're weak AF, you know you can't win but still won't give up because there are people out there who need a hero! Mumen Rider is simply the embodiment of shonen anime.

This anime series told us the following things:
- Not every hero has superpowers
- Even the strongest person can be lonely and empty from the inside.
- If you have the courage or the will, people will definitely cheer you.
- When you meet a person stronger or sharper then you don't be jealous, make him your master and learn from him.
- Most importantly, always fight for the truth and try to understand it.
Yes ❤😇

Zain Ahmed Absolutely, its such a real scene from such an otherwise generally goofy funny anime. I love Mumen Rider.
yeah, didn't expect this when I first started to watch. And later on loved this anime so much more than other mainstream anime teaching u not to give up cuz of Mumen Rider and ofcourse Saitama. Mumen is no saiyan or shinobi lol, he is just a human to whom we can all relate to.

Saitama is actually like mumen rider except power
@@hymus8627 Saitama does it for money too , if you read carefully.

To everyone saying mumen has the heart of an S class, that is not true. Mumen goes beyond that. He has the heart of a true hero
agree s class peoples doesn't belong to be called as a hero. not all of course. The mumen rider would be very suitable for that post. according to stains logic from MHA ideologies.
So true
a lot of S class heroes don't even have a heart, they just rely on skill and strength.
S class heroes with few exceptions have selfish hearts, not even close to compare Numen Rider to them. It just isn't.
A true hero is not measured by his strength, but by the strength of his heart.

Even Suriyu lost hope after the attack, most possible as stronger as a S class
_Respect_
He's the kind of hero All Might talks of (to give a reference) and the world needs
I know it's cliché but truly he's my favourite hero of any hero, from like all of them
If you want to go deeper about Mumen Rider, this isn't him stalling time against the Sea King or the fight in particular.

When the little boy started cheering on mumen rider and everyone else started it got emotional
Mumen, acknowledged by Saitama.
Muchísima razón amigo 🙂👌🏽

emotional moment, real heroe
If the heroes run and hide, who will stay and fight?
-Saitama 2019
My answer: Mumen rider will stay and fight.
Well done! Nice fight!
Well done mumen rider :")
SAITAMA is the hero we deserved but MUMEN RAIDER is the one we needed.
We get attached to people that doesn’t exist :( I love this anime and all the songs
Mumen Rider: From joke to legend.
You are right
He has always been a legend.
Mumen Rider the only one who thanked Saitama for saving him by inviting him to eat, what a good person that hero is.
"Even Saitama was just like Mumen Rider once. No training, no super strength, and of course, couldn't end the match in one punch. Even though Mumen Rider didn't have the strength to overpower his opponents, he still knew he had to protect the citizens. A real hero fights for Justice, not for recognition."

metal knight aint even close to being bad his way of the hero is just that the needs of the many outweigh the few a very tough decision to make for anyone
MK has helped and saved probably the most of all the S class hero's not through battle or strength but for all the many MANY little things
he is responsible for more than half of the reconstruction of japan rebuilding homes/making areas safer and for what you say? selfish i must rule the world mentality? no not a chance
yes he does most things for himself but controlling everything and world domination are not a very logical way to do things the more the world flourishes the more it becomes his ideal world
he is more aware than anyone about the corruption within the hero association
also fuck drive knight he a biatch
To be a hero, you must have a spirit.
A HEROES SPIRIT!
*MUMEN RIDER’S SPIRIT!*

The strongest Hero
stolen
Mega stolen
i have a theory that the person which was in the prophecy was really blast, not saitama. Because the prophecy suggested that there would be a fair fight between boros and another person, but saitama and boros was far from it. also Saitama was about 5 years at the time they said the prophecy, whilst blast was a hero for at least known 18 years, which means it is likely more chance of the prophecy talking about blast rather than saitama
but that is just my opinion

Nah Saitama isn’t a “true hero”. Maybe at the start but now he’s a hero for fun, to feel what it’s like to have a real fight.
God level threat
Mumen rider: JUSTICE CRASH!
yes!
RIDER KICK!!
bravery is when you face danger knowing that you have no chance of winning just to protect people
Yeah just like Rengoku did
When we're down in the dark, in the deep, we look for a light. It doesn't matter how tiny or weak it is; it bring us hope, it bring us warm.
this goofy C class hero is actually the real HERO, even saitama knows it. u don't need superpower to be a HERO.
even Saitama doesn't have superpower
Its not about winning or losing… its about taking a stand!
I will always remember this anime series. The sorrow of Saitama, the anger of Genos, and the will of the Mumen rider will always be remembered.
You don't need supernatural powers to be a hero you only need your humanity to help others find they're success
This is the only thing this guy ever uploaded
His legacy will be remembered, at least by me
Despite not having so much screen time like Saitama and the rest of S rank heroes, he still is a lovely character towards the community of the people here, its not that because he is strong. It is because of his determination and the will to protect other and do what is right
This is so depressing... yes I'm a mumen rider fan *BUT IM NOT ASHAMED TO BE ONE 😭😭😭*
These 2 lines are enough to make a grown man cry

This makes me feel like there should be a series about him slowly getting stronger and becoming a great hero
I would read that in a heart beat.
All the heroes have broken their limiter MUMEN just needs to push harder

*A mysterious mystical hammer from another world appeared in the middle of Association HQ, but for some reason, no hero or any employee can pick it up or remove it from the floor*
Tank Top Tiger: "I'm the strongest, allow me" he cannot lift it. His two brothers join in to help, but the combined might of all three just isn't enough
Metal Knight, towering over everyone, pushes them out of the way
"What amazing metal, I must have it for future weapons" says the robotic behemoth. He tries to lift it but it will not budge. He tries to break a piece off, but it leaves not even a scratch
Amai mask, with his hands in his pockets arrives: Fools, you don't know about anything! Read the inscription
Carved in the hammers beautiful stone is a sentence: "For he who may be worthy, shall possess the power of Thor"
Amai Mask scoffs and laughs: You fools aren't worthy at all cause you have no idea what justice is! It is me who is indeed worthy!
Amai mask bends to lift it, but the hammer won't budge. Amai, frustrated lifts with all his might. But no luck
Amai: Impossible! How...I'm supposed to be worthy! No one else deserves it more than me!
Saitama and Genos enters and ask what is going on
Genos analyzes and sees the mysterious hammer
Genos: "A hammer of unknown material has arrived at HQ, and it seems no one can remove it. It must be something to do with the inscription on it. Master, try for yourself
Saitama, with a bored look on his face rolls his eyes: "Fine, alright"
To Saitamas shock, he cannot lift it. Not an inch of movement
Saitama: Have...I finally been given a challenge? By a RANDOM OBJECT????
Genos: "I fear master it is not that you're not strong enough, but something more more to it. It says "He who is worthy". Maybe master, you're not worthy?
Saitama: "Makes sense, I do the hero stuff for fun anyway
For hours, heroes line up to try their luck at lifting the hammer, but none are successful. Tatsumaki tried using her telekinesis, but not an inch moved. Fubuki tried using her hands hoping to show her sister she is indeed worthy, but no movement. Silverfang tries lifting, but no luck. King doesn't even bother to try, too intimidated by all the heroes failing
All of a sudden, Mumen Rider steps in, wondering if there's any simple hero work fot his weekly quota, ignoring the huge crowd gathered at the hammer
Mumen sees Saitama and sees the huge gathering behind him
Mumen: "What's with the crowd? Has a famous hero arrived?
Genos: "Not a hero, but an artifact, and no one can lift it. Its been here for hours and no hero can lift it, not even the S class heroes...even Master couldn't...
Mumen, confused but curious: "Not even you, Saitama? But you're the best of us! How?
Genos: "We think it may have something to do with the inscription. It appears only someone worthy can lift it
Mumen, smiling but uninterested, chuckles: "Well, that's quite a concept. But you guys have fun, let me know if anyone succeeds. Right now there may be people who need help
Mumen goes to leave but Saitama puts his hand on his shoulder
Saitama remembered the night he stood up to Deep Sea King. His bravery and heart was the likes of which Saitama had never seen
Saitama: You try
Mumen laughs: "Me? No way. I'm not cut out for that! You must be joking
Tank Top Tiger had overheard: "Come on! Give it a try! I want to see a pathetic loser fail to make myself feel better!
Everyone in the room except Saitama and Genos laugh
Saitama: "Just try"
Mumen, rolls his eyes and shakes his head: "Just one time"
Mumen approaches the hammer and looks down at it. He sees the inscription and every detail
The crowd looks at Mumen, all silent
Amai Mask chuckles: "No way he can"
Metal Knight: "A class c hero has no chance if not even us S class heroes can't"
Mumen takes a deep breath, and beads of swear from anxiety pour down his cheeks. He bends down and wraps his fingers around the hammer
Mumen looks and sees everyone staring, he whispers to himself: "This is ridiculous"
Then, the hammer jiggles
Everyone gasps. Amai mask's jaw drops and the Tank Top brothers eyes widen
Then, without an ounce of struggle, Mumen slowly lifts up the hammer, and hoists it over his head
Everyone in the crowd gasps in disbelief. How could a C class hero with no powers do what no other hero could?
Silverfang: "Ha! The kid is definitely special
Amai Mask storms out of hq in jealousy
The tank top brothers both fall to their knees in disbelief
Mumen looks up at the stone hammer, in utter shock he has done such a feat
Saitama smirks: "Told you"
Everyone in the crowd is talking over each other, in sheer shock and admiration
All of a sudden, the crowd chants
"MUMEN. MUMEN. MUMEN"
A tear goes down Mumen Rider's cheek: "Is this...is this what it feels like? To be worthy of being called a hero?
All of a sudden, Mumen hears a voice in his head: "For he who is worthy, shall possess the power of Thor. Use this tool to guide those to safety, security, and peace. It is yours"
Mumen breaks down in tears, finally knowing that he is a true hero
Genos: "A class C Hero...has done the impossible
Saitama: "The kid has heart Genos. One greater than all of us
Mumen, walks down the crowd and greets Saitama, with the hammer in his hand
Mumen: "Thank you, Saitama. For believing in me"
Mumen walks out the HQ as everyone watches
Saitama: "You're the best of us Mumen Rider. Congratulations"
Mumen Rider gets on his bike, with the hammer attached to his handle and rides off with his new prize
