    Again can you spice it

      Good evening to you! Thank you so much for subscribing. I sincerely appreciate this.
      For this recipe, you don't have to cook or boil the potatoes before frying. Because they are cut so thin, they'll cook through when you deep fry. I hope this helps.

    • @recipesandhospitalitywithclara
      @recipesandhospitalitywithclara  7 місяців тому +1

      I don't usually spice. I suppose you can spice too if you'd like.
      I think you could sprinkle the spice when they are still hot once you've removed them from the cooking oil.

      Since these are homemade with nothing to extend shelf life, I would trust keeping them for 3 days. To keep them crispy. Store them in an airtight container. Hope that helps. I also don't make so much at a time. I make what my young ones can finish at a time. I've hence never had to store them for too long

      Hi Michael, I'm not quite sure why that's happening..
      Might they be too thick?
      As I fry them and stir, I keep ensuring that once they are crispy, I remove them.
      Please don't give up. Keep trying a few each time until you could tell where the problem is.
