The Canon 10-22mm was one of the reasons I went with a Canon 20D back in 2004 so I had to have the 10-20mm f/4 after upgrading to a R6MkII in 2024. I’ve been very happy with it. The only downside is that Affinity Photo 2 doesn’t have a lens correction profile that corrects the vignetting at 10mm but it disappears at 12mm and there is a profile for the Nikon 10-20mm what works reasonably well.
Um, it’s a wide lens…. Not telephoto…. Telephoto lenses go from 70 to around 300mm where it gets to super telephoto. Wide goes from 15-35ish and super-wide goes from 8-15. So this lens is a Super-wide/wide lens…. Just FYI lol
DUDE what ISO were you filming the video of the aurora at? I love the look of this lens. I would love to try it in an ice cave someplace
Probably like 40,000. It can be pretty rough on canon compared to sony though

Telephoto lens?
Awesome Aurora shots and cool lens! Might have to try this out in real estate soon 😨
Heck yeah! It’s a potential game changer!
Awesome timelapse! I'm planning to switch to Canon, just for this lens. How does it do it for video?
Good video. Nice job!

I guess I never put too much thought into that before, i just called anything that wasnt a prime lens a telephoto 😂
