Very cute. I have the hardware just need to try this.
A tip to get ends to hold when putting in the fob hardware, after folding over stitch the two ends together, then use a lighter to singe the ends from unraveling

What settings do you use on the sewing machine for tension, stitch length, and width?
I need to repair a fob I bought...replace the worn ribbon fabric. Wonder if it'll be as easy to repair? Can the metal hardware be removed and replaced? Will give it a go. Great video! Thanks.
Question please the webbing i ordered isn't as thick as yours its pretty thin tbh do you think if i add some fusible interfacing fabric under the ribbon this would help or shall i just double up on the webbing ... thankyou
What size needle did you use for sewing through all this webbing??
Some of the ribbons I’m wanting to use only come in 1” if that’s the case what size cotton webbing would I need??
Will I have to sew this? Can I use some sort of glue to piece them together?

HAZELxEYES LARA Yes you could sew the ribbon on by hand if you don't have a machine. I don't thinking gluing would be a good idea though because with all the daily use it would probably become loose after a while.

I get many from the Ribbon Retreat. This uses 7/8th of an inch ribbon width.
Can you use nylon webbing instead?
The hardware doesn't stay on the Nylon webbing. But you could see the ends together around a key ring.
