I purchased a copy of this in hardback as a Christmas gift to myself after watching your flip-through. I was most familiar with Boris Vallejo from my high school days, but was aware of Frazetta at the time. Now all these years later, I am discovering the large body of work he produced and loving it. It is so much easier now to learn of his work thanks to the internet…and those thoughtful enough to share a flip-through on UA-cam. Also bought the Icon book, and will eventually finish that trilogy. I still like Boris, especially his early work, but Frazetta’s work is more alive and less focused on the female form and has more elements of interest in the scene. Thanks….

Great review. They should have removed the last part of the TOC for the non-deluxe edition. Who would appreciate to own a book that has a constant reminder that you don't get to see something that was only available in the other edition?
