Hi when first start the session I found it I was just basic combo but as went along I found I was using more combos and a lot movement, thanks a good idea
I do this on 1.5 speed now, faster combinations and less rest 💪🏽been hittin this for a while.

If you have correct form, good. Form should come first, then pick up speed.
