- I usually hate meal prepping because i'm not a fan on repetition and overdue leftovers! I like my food fresh or max 2 days old BUT this 4 day plan was really enjoyable to introduce me back into meal prepping!
With prices going up, I’ve been enjoying finding ways to spend wisely! Grocery bills per week for 1 is usually $100+ but the goal is to get my necessities without the fluff!
So I decided to see what $50 could get me @traderjoes ✨
I did split my shopping by also stopping at the fruit stand outside! Which helped because they had some of the same products I wanted for a much cheaper price!
One thing I would always recommend ( even though it may be a headache for some ) is to shop at multiple stores! Reason being is different stores may vary in
✅ Quality of the items
✅ Prices for the same exact items
✅ Product selection

If you are intolerant to gluten, those wheat crackers may cause a reaction. Also, baking with coconut flour is not a 1 to 1 exchange for regular flour. It is more about a quarter cup to each cup of flour.

Also those were expensive salmon cuts, why did you choose to cube it rather than grill the fillets?
Beautiful but do account for all the monounsaturated fats used (eg go easy but enjoy the EVO, avocado etc)

You should 100% not wash your chicken. It actually doesn’t get rid of the risk of anything it makes the risk higher if cross contamination of the harmful bacteria. Please do research.
