  • A Home Gym Hack for building bigger lifts using bands! 💪
    You’ll need:
    - A Bar prxperformance...
    - Weight Plates prxperformance...
    - Resistance/Mobility Bands prxperformance...
    The bands will add a new challenge to your compound lifts by adding more tension at the top of the lift. Control the bar through the eccentric phase of the movement to maximize the full lift! Using bands will also cue your muscles to stay tight.
