    • @fritzidler9871
      @fritzidler9871 2 роки тому +4

      True crime accounts are filled with that. The hitman either turns out to be an undercover cop, or the person they hired, hires someone else for the actual hit, or murder. And sometimes, the new one hires yet ANOTHER hitman! Without telling anybody, of course. For less and less money, no less. Because apparently, even sketchy lowlifes, just want the money, they really don't want to shoot anybody. They're just scammers. So when the inevitable happens, one of them gets caught, they roll on everybody! Because stupid rolls down hill. Along with the prices. While you are right, real life crime is no laughing matter, short of that, human behavior often is. Darn tootin' it is!

    Wow. So much happening in this situation. I've been love bombed by a narcissist. It was the most intense experience of my life. I've never done drugs, but I can't imagine the high being any less euphoric - or devastating in the end. Thank goodness the would-be murder victims escaped unharmed. My even greater concern though is for the patients and medical staff he engaged with. Can you even imagine how bad you must be to get dismissed from 7-8 residencies. I work in healthcare and the honest situation I've witnessed is that physicians cover for each other 99% of the time. It's like an unwritten rule. The most horrible medical doctors are protected by some of the best doctors, regardless of the ethical considerations. Maybe because he was a resident there was a less support. Either way for his career to turn out this way he had to be the worst resident in the history of mankind. Some of the patients he probably harmed or traumatized may never be the same again.

    Dr.Grande can u do a analysis on Nick Cannon???? he definitely needs evaluated he’s having multiple kids a year for the past couple of years one of them died in December and he just announced he’s expecting another baby from another women a couple days ago. he’s definitely going through something mentally cause he has medical issues and people think he’s using the fact he has lupus to have as many kids as possible. id like to see the analysis of the mindset of people who can’t stop having kids.

    Re: your tagline: nearly EVERY surgeon I ever worked with was a wannabe;) The problem has to do with technical prowess without empathy. Now, to the video!
    Edit: how sad for Valerie to have been receptive to this manipulation. His personality profile sounds pretty close to the men and women I knew who weilded a scalpel, without the murderous intent:)

    I've heard people say that mental health is similar to physical health in that it can be diagnosed, analyzed and treated. I have to wonder about some of these cases though and what treatment could fix them. And, do they want to be fixed? A leg in a cast will heal whether the owner wants it to or not. I think narcissism is unlikely to be "fixable" like a broken leg, but monitored like the boy in a bubble with toxic blood. You know it's fatal, but you play cards with them anyway.

    Hi Dr. Grande,
    I was wondering if you could cover the murder suicide that happened at Harvard University in 1995 (the murder of Trang Phuong Ho.) There seems to be a lot of mental health factors to be considered in this case and I was hoping to hear your thoughts on the case. Thank you for all you do, I have learned a lot from your channel, mainly how important mental health is!

    Dr. Grande I appreciate this video and others when you touch on the subject of narcissism. When I was working on my P.h.d and/or masters in criminal science the correlation between behaviors, terrorism and serial killers is amazing. Yet in my opinion not covered enough. There is always something new to learn or even relearn. Thank you.🤔❤️🇺🇸

    Dr. Grande, think the line he didn't recognize his incompetence about sums up the story. 5 failed residencies, asking a bail bonder to refer a hitman, going back to a dude who walked off with $9 grand, his appeals, ... I suppose a dense narcissist is preferable to a genius one.

    I would speculate that if Valerie took the stand, she could have convinced the Jury that Leon was threatening and coerced her; throw in copious tears and she'd have been found not-guilty.

    I had a “wow” moment watching Dr. Grande this video. Thank you Dr. Grande, for giving me a daily dose of insight to human behaviors. I’m loving the new videos after your channel hit one million. They are insightful and expert-opinion oriented. Some of the cases have been very disturbing in the past, but I like the part in this case where all those who were offered to commit murder just refused to do it. Even though he had his personality disorders he surrounded himself with intelligent good individuals who were sensitive and alert by his behavior. It seemed that he just couldn’t get his hands on real criminals. I wish I would’ve heard about the length of his sentence and whether you thought it was fair or not. I feel bad for his father regardless.

    hi Dr.Grande and thanks for a great video and a fascinating look at people, especially Valerie. what was it about her that attracted him? Did he somehow suspect her weakness and that she would agree to murder? that the Olive Garden was their restaurant of choice rings a lot of criminal bells. BTW, i like going to the Post Office to look at the Wanted Posters of my relatives.
