The HIK Vision will require a WiFi/ 4G modem. At this moment we do not sell the Titan Lite.

Which one of these can pull License plates f vehicles in motion?
The Titan 3 with a DSLR camera will have the best resolution and it takes high res photos at regular interval.
within your research, is there a camera that can pull License plates but is affordable? The titan 3 looks like it but the price wow!!
