Like you I read mostly romance but I also love Historical Fiction. The Nature of Fragile Things by Susan Meissner was a favorite of 2023. Thanks for the recommendations.
🚂 I read The Secret Book of Flora Lea last year and that book wrecked me, it was so good and I loved the ending (if you want any recs). I’ve read Between Shades of Grey and that book was so devastating. Great book though.
I read What the Wind Knows because I loved making faces but I have to read From Sand and Ash because I love Amy Harmon I have to read more of her books 🚞
Historical fiction is my fave. I love Kate Quinn's books so, so much. Same for Kristin Harmel. I SOBBED reading The Paris Daughter. The Second Life of Mirelle West was amazing as well. It is about a leper in the 1920s. I had no idea they had leper colonies in America then.
Love to see you talking about Historical Fiction again!! 🚂

Hey Tori how does historical fiction differ from historical romance😊
I think you answered your own question by asking it. Fiction does not have to have romance. To Kill a Mockingbird is not Bridgerton.
