Dang girl your bookshelves keep growing 😂. I LOVE the original cover of Lady Sophia’s Lover. I love the purple background and her dress is my favorite.
YES! I'm really excited about that one! I just got another one last week, the day after I filmed this, for ten cents, and I don't think it's even been read. I'm dying to show it off so I might do a Short, LOL. 😆
Ohhh your little one is sooo cute !!! I hope you'll enjoy Amalie Howard and Kerrigan Byrne (she is dark, it's emotionnal , but worth it, just chooe your a good time and light books to read after hahahah !). And THANK YOU much Bea for mentioning me ! It was such a pleasure to send you back a little of the happiness you give me each time . And you got the exact pronouciation for my name ! I love it !😘😘😘😘😘😘😘
I'm nervous to try Kerrigan Byrne. Everyone tells me she's dark. I could always DNF, I suppose! But that's a super idea...picking something light afterwards! (And not reading before bed, LOL.) Your lovely comments always bring me joy. Thanks for taking the time to put light into the world! It is much appreciated! 😍😊
I don't think I've seen another booktuber mention Vanessa Kelly, but she is SO good! I read one and then went out to hunt down all her other books that I could get my hands on lol
OOOOH! I'm super excited to read that!! Thanks for the tip! And thank you also for you kind comment about my haul. I love sharing my bookish joy with others! 😍
I haven't read that one yet (but I have all 3 in the series) but man, the first book "Someone To Watch Over Me" was amazing!!! I loved it, can't wait to read the second in the series
Your collection looks great ! 😃 Hope you could complete your Lorraine Heath series, Scoundrels of St. James. Her 4th book, Midnight Pleasures with a Scoundrel, is my favorite along with book 3 Surrender to the Devil. Her other trilogies - London’s Greatest Lovers and Lost Lords of Pembrook - are great reads as well 👍❤
Oh yay! Thank you for all of the information! I've been dying to read the rest of the Lords of Pembrook series after enjoying the Christmas novella from that series. I can't wait to read more! 😀
Just saw this video. I have a few recommendations for you. Celeste Bradley- the Liars Club series, and Quatre Royal series Christine Feehan- Dark series Hannah Howell- the Wherelock-Vaughn series Patricia Rice- Magic series I hope you enjoy.
Yes! I love these authors! Amalie Howard is great…you’ll enjoy that book for sure. And I agree with you 100% about Eloisa James. She’s hit or miss. Kerrigan Byrne is one of my favourite authors for sure!! Please please please, though, read that series in order! I guarantee you will miss out on important plot lines if you read it out of order! And there’s another series right after the Victorian Rebels one called Goode Girls that has a lot of crossover too. So that’s about 15-20 books to read in order 🤣 I’m really enjoying your videos, especially the purely historical romance ones. It’s hard to find UA-camrs that focus mainly on that. You’re doing a great job!!! 😀😊
Aren’t you wonderful! Thanks so much for your comment! I’m going to keep everything in mind that you said! I’m so glad you told me about Kerrigan Byrne, especially. Have a great weekend! 😀
I like what you said about not vibing with an author. ❤😊. I like Lynsay Sands books, from her Highlander stories to her Argeneau series, i enjoy her stories, but to each their own. ❤😊
I got my historical romance book that is old. I got it thrifting. The is called Flaming Arrow by Cassie Edwards. The step back in it was done by pino. This book is from 1997.
Hello, I just finished listening to Tessa Dare's The wallflower wager, I really enjoyed it, the narrator is great and it is really funny, there is a twist in the story and I am looking forward to your comment when you do read it, I will say nothing more about it to avoid any influence in your reading experience. Great book haul. Beautiful stepbacks. Gonna try to find the audiobook of one of the books you got.
YES! I loved listening to The Wallflower Wager! Mary Jane Wells, the narrator, is just PERFECTION! I recap my thoughts on the book here: ua-cam.com/video/a_groDJs7Jg/v-deo.html. You're so sweet to avoid spoilers. That's such a challenge, isn't it -- to gush about books we love without saying too much, haha! Thanks so much for sharing in my book haul fun! 😀
@@Laura-CE It makes sense that you'd think that, since I said I just got the book, LOL. I was able to listen to it before I bought it, thankfully. I really enjoyed it. Can't wait for The Bride Bet! 😀
You’re a bad influence, Bea! I just bought 11 historical romances earlier today, before even watching this, but watch your other historical hauls made me want to start collecting historical romances. I got them off eBay and i don’t know if they have step-backs but I’m excited for them nonetheless. I did find one book with a step back recently at a thrift store. It’s The Taming of the Duke by Eloise James. I have one of the Amanda Quick step backs. I’d love to find more. Great finds!!! I love library book sales. My library only has 2 a year but the spring one is coming up and I CAN NOT WAIT!!!
I love EVERYTHING about your comment!! I need to go to my shelves and see if I also have to step back of that Eloise James you mentioned. I hope you’ll do a haul of the books that you got on eBay. That would be so much fun!! Spring Library sales are the best! There’s a huge one coming to a neighborhood near me at the end of April… To actually… And I am beyond excited! Let the book buying bonanza begin!!😍
@@mamaneedstoreadromance I feel like I’m kind of cheating my tbr project by allowing myself to collect these mass market paperback historical romances and not counting them as part of my tbr, but I make the rules so I allow it 😂 I will be doing a book haul soon! I hope those eBay books don’t take too long to arrive because I plan to do a book haul of all the books I bought in January, February, & March. And then I’ll be doing a library book sale haul, too, which I like might be in April or May.
This is good to know! I want to have my expectations ready. I'll give her a whirl and hopefully it'll be good, but I'm extra curious now that I've read your comment. Thanks so much! 😀
Wow, I’m impressed you’ve read all these series are you must read really fast I try to read things, but is there a way I could read as much as you do so congratulations you’re the best
I like to listen to audiobooks when I'm doing chores, which REALLY helps me plow through these books. If I physically sat down to read these, it would take me WAY longer! 😆
No one ever reviews Mary Jo Putney books😢 if you happen to read one anytime soon and have the time I would love to hear your thoughts I just picked up one of her books at the library book sale❤
Oh my goodness, it's so funny that you say that because I literally just finished my November wrap up this afternoon, which has my review of Silver Lady, by Mary Jo Putney, which came out November 28th. 🥰

I am reading The Highlander's Princess Bride, right now ❤
I have heard so many good things about Clan Kendrick! I need to do that! Thanks so much for the recommendations! 😍

I'm glad I'm not the only one who knows about Zorro! 😀 Yes, she LOVES that book. It's a problem, haha!! 😆
