You could try to make more big bore rifle ammo ,.375, .416, .458 of various kind, make the ammo good quality and with a lower price on it than other firms and export it. Minimum could be say .338 Win Mag 300 grain soft and solid, .375 ,270- 300 grain . .416 with 400 and 430 grain soft, solid .458 Win with 450, 500 grain , .458 Lott the same, If you make soft nose bullet, one bonded core soft, and a strong full metal jacket or Monometal solid with good meplat nose it would some to consider.
They will need brand new state of the art machinery to compete with Lapua, Norma, Peterson, ADG in the premium brass market. Their assembly lines are made for bulk production of military cartridges. Makes no financial sense for them to build huge new factory for all kinds of niche cartridges with small market share then you have export taxes and tariffs combined with the fact that most people reload these cartridges and can get 20 firing or more from each piece of brass. There is not a huge demand in Russian market for these cartridges, not a lot of handloaders or variety - most consumers have smoothbore rifles and shotguns

Those were the last 15 years. You haven't got enough people in Pribaltica. The fastest dying out countries in the world, according to the UN report on world population. But the 'best type of business' you have been doing for the last 15 years was ASKING OR, SHOULD I SAY, BEGGING, FOR THE RUSSIAN TRANSIT))
