Caught my girl cheating last night, woke her up told her to pack her shit then locked the door behind her. Couldn't sleep haven't eaten but I ran 2 miles and walked another 3 in the middle of the night. Went to the gym today and probably going to go back again later today. Using the pain for motivation to keep leveling myself up.

I've been divorced for 7 months now and tate got me through it. I started my own business 3 months ago. 5 years down the drain , she moved on within a week . I should’ve read her and noticed that she was loosing interest in me over time , but I was blinded because I was in love. She just didn’t love me the way I loved her . Every time we would argue , she would always want to break up and then I would convince her not to because I couldn’t live with our her , but I should’ve known not to make her stay . There was times where we would take “ break “ , but in reality she used those “ breaks “ to message other guys and stuff , and then when I would bring it up she would say “ we weren’t even dating right there “ . I’ve never messages any girls or even talked to girls , but she would message guys behind my back or in front of me . I’m just heart broken , but I was blinded by love to realized she was poisoning me .
I feel you bro. Same thing happened to me more or less. In my situation she became really cold and sarcastic with me. Anyway, I told her that I love her but I can’t take that behavior anymore and that i want to broke up.
I moved on. After one year she send me an email wanting “closure” saying amongst other things that she knew that I was lying and that she knew that she wasn’t my first choice and that she stayed with me just to see where I’m willing to take the situation with my lies, because my actions and words showed something different.

5 years 10 months, I made mistakes and we didn't have the best communication towards the end so things fell apart. A part of me wishes we could work on the problems because they were fixable. It gets easier as time passes, I'm moving on having learned real lessons on what it takes to keep love alive. Kindness, respect, trust and creating that emotional safe space to talk about the hard things we need to talk about without judgment or anger.

Dated this girl for about 4 months. We basically compressed years into months. It was the most perfect, amazing, beautiful relationship ever. It felt like we were meant for each other and God Himself put us together, but due to work reasons she has to be away for a few months. Bro I been in an off and on “connection” for 1.5 years
I already knew I was in beta mindset but I didn’t feel ready to let go of. I needed to go through certain lessons whom are making me in the man I can and should be!

Me and mines be separated 5months after 3yrs. I don’t feel shit but motivation, when I see these videos I feel it’s my job to motivate other fellas into being the best expression of themselves. Never place a woman above themselves no matter how much you love them cus they wasn’t created to lead. And giving them any sense of control by making em feel wanted, love or appreciated makes them think they call the shots unfortunately. So love with limits, and protect ur heart to know that at anytime in this day and age it can be over and ur prepared to move tf on like a General 💪🏾

I'm glad that I'm not alone in this. So many brothers are suffering through this pain same as me. They don't deserve our time. I wasted my bachelor's degree on a girl who i loved so much. Still she dumped me saying her family won't accept our relationship as we belong to different casts. What a lame excuse ! and she tried to disturb my mental peace every now and then with her texts and i was a fool to reply her every time. Recently she got engaged to someone else not giving a f about my feelings or me. So, it's my humble suggestions to everyone out there never priorities a girl when you're pursuing a career. Focus on ur goals and career. Girls will come and go. If you have money you can get a girl for every week. So money matters. Don't be an emotional fool like me. Period.
Stay strong brother. We live and learn. I read a book called "The Wall Speaks" it teaches masculine frame something that I think you struggled with during the relationship. It took me out of a dark place because I was lost.

My partner of 5 years just ended it with me we had child whose now 2, got a house together, I switched jobs to provide and maintain our family and she stayed at home to be a mother. in that amount of time we were talking about more kids, mortgage, all that death till us part stuff etc.. last september she decided to go to college and then university to better herself so we could both have decent jobs and have no money issues, i got her a laptop and other stuff to help her with studies, she made friends. Started going out with them enjoying herself.. its as though shes found a happier style of life, without me, I feel awful for my son as if ive not been a good enough role model for him.. I bought everything we needed for the house.. and now to be dumped out of the blue and now I have no where to go, she gets the house, our child, she said she was unhappy cos I didnt do anything with her (which we did) i paid for a holiday abroad this september and was a little stressed over saving for it so I wasnt in touch to be organising days out, activities we could do together etc.. but shes finished me as if Im not worthy to-be a part of the family.. and I am sooooo lost, I cant put in to words how I feel, dropping my son off at my once beloved home and saying goodbye to him until the weekend or whenever was by far the hardest thing ive ever had to do, its like Ive had to say goodbye to the house and that part of my life, I feel absolutely destroyed
Im hoping this experience will make me a better person, Improve myself, get fit & more masculine..so she can see what Ive become over her decision and think wtf have I done!!!

Tate is the perfect example of how hypomania can actually manifest into real material success. The fact he can recall a memory and it will keep him up for days says it all. Pretty amazing that he can stay in that state for as long as he has though. I always ebb and flow through it.

@@cinemaabroad when I finally accepted that she’s already with someone else, though at first I didn’t believe when she told me that she’s already talking to someone else after a week of our break up. It hurt when I learned that then at that point I finally let her go and accepted our faith. I still think about her everyday but nothing really romantically that I wanted to get back with her. It’s just, I know how the way they live and they are not that doing great in life and I thought I was gonna be that person that will uplift her in life. All I’m saying is I’m just worried about her well being.

I was married 13 years and she cheated on me fuckin broke me inside I felt unwanted and worthless I finally met someone fell in love I was on top of the world we had 2 kids I was never happier then I found out she was cheating on me now im back to feeling worthless and unwanted and I don't think I will get over it this time I have nothing left inside I don't care what happens to me anymore
