I was having the worst day when I got home. Was so depressed and just down about life in general. Work stress, home stress and just an overwhelming feeling that nothing was still good. Then I saw the intro to this video and just laughed for the first time all day. Thank you for that. It made my entire mood change and I was finally able to relax and remember that everything was going to be ok. These intros are amazing and I love them.

Scott owns a lore-accurate doom weapon. edit: nvm its 12 gauge, doom 2016 one is 10 gauge tho edit 2: to clarify something, the doom eternal super shotgun was a custom caliber, on etsy is a 1 to 1 replica of the shell, much bigger than 10 gauge edit 3: if the google result which says that it was 12 gauge is wrong, it could have been 10 gauge, since the uac might have had a limited run of the super shotguns before they started handing them out before the events of doom 2016, with the 2016 super shotgun being a 10 gauge its not far off to believe that the og was also 10 gauge, just an improved model i suppose?

I’ve always wanted to say this: I’m not a “gun guy” or anything like that. I suspect I’m not the usual member of Scott’s demographic in many ways, but I got interested in firearms videos about a year ago and found his channel shortly after. He’s an undeniable entertainer, a seemingly authentically fun guy. I always have fun watching his videos. Thanks for making fun videos as well as increasing my knowledge on firearms a bit in the process. Shooting is addictive. Even the smallest, less self inflicted, less painful rounds can cause many hours at the range. Get out there and 22lr your life. Plus it's fun for the whole family.

I must say that your videos are very entertaining and informative. But, to get to your question, my favorite part of the video is when you shot the POP wall AND when you shot that stupid chicken. It's also very funny when you put in the sound effects, always makes me laugh when i hear the slap sound and the rooster scream 🤣🤣🤣. I am really surprised that you have millions more subscribers, you have an excellent channel!!!!
LOVE me a side by side! And the ten gauge wasn't all that rare in the late 1800s. They were more popular than most people believe, and Doc Holliday used one at the OK Corral. Thanks for the video, Scott!
That makes sense. From what I've read, the 10gauge was more common back then because black-powder is a lot less energetic than modern propellants. The bigger shells could hold more gunpowder and thus you could get more range then you could get from the 12.
@@twistedyogert it was also much more common either for hunting reeeeaaaally big game, or defending against really big predators. You don't want to pop Yogi in the chest with a .45 and watch him get annoyed.
I saved this video as a reward for me passing an IT exam today. My last one. Before this exam gives me the raise needed to attend Modern Gunsmithing School for a much needed career transition. This was a very much enjoyed reward, thank you, Scott. It made me want more, though. Time to hit the range and celebrate more with some 12 gauge slugs.
The Fargoing of the Furby was hilarious. I've been subbed forever and I expect that kind of humor, especially when a wood chipper is introduced as show tool. And that slo-mo of the tartar sauce getting hit was fantastic. There was this spherical blob that slowly arced its way towards center frame getting closer and closer until it dropped under the camera. I love footage like that. Cool gun, Scott! The engine block, transmission, and wheels are about the only things that will stop a round. Even from pistols. Id still like to see the ballistic dummy test too though.

Reminds me of the fun my best buddy and I used to have in a caliche pit in West Texas back in the '60s. We each bought a Mosin Nagant surplus army rifle at a Lubbock dept store and rocked the house. The store was selling a barrel of those bad boys for $11.00 apiece. The ammo cost more than the rifle.

So Scott, I might suggest a gun from history that might top them all.. a black powder behemoth with 7 barrels, the Nock Volley Gun, was said to have recoil so severe it would occasionally break its user’s shoulder, so just an idea!!! Love the videos man!!
Wonderful demonstration of mechanical delay and recoil. Both of your last shots had the second barrel slightly delayed and slightly higher than the first barrel. The second barrel of buckshot completely missed the zombie head, even though it was only a fraction of a second behind the first blast.

When I was 14, my cousin got ahold of a 10 gauge. We took turns firing it and the bit with the bag of ice was no joke. My shoulder was bruised for a week.
I've seen the single shot 10ga, the pump 10ga & the semi auto 10ga. But so some reason this double barrel 10ga is by far my favorite for some reason. I guess it's the best looking to me. Im definitely 100% gonna look for one & buy it

The Damascus twist percussion cap shotgun my grandfather had was 10 gauge. We never fired it for fear that the barrel would untwist...

I grew up shooting a Mossberg 500, and was always amazed how tight of a pattern it would have; but for a coach gun this was impressive.
3:40 thats one of the most epic shots KB has ever had, took out a wall of sodas in an instant!!!

10 gauge is one of those cartridges that I want to get a mag fed shotgun for. That is a lot of lead going down range very quickly.
