The drone segment didn't go as smoothly as I planned. I'd be using Parts for missile homing & reload, gun damage, and pitch maneuverability, but I had to sacrifice those for yaw and maximum speed.

I usually kill it on the first pass. But with no combat parts my missiles are trash.
I actually kill it immediately i use F-22 with QAAMs

Maximum respect. flying at mach 1.8 or something with a plane that turns worse than the titanic through a narrow tunnel.
I feel like a high sensitivity plane would actually make it harder not to over steer on turns. Speaking from a controller perspective.
I can only speculate how much better a flight stick would be in this situation

Sure it has the maneuverability of the titanic, but it's a speed demon with good long range and satellite interception, it even has a higher service ceiling (25,000 m) than the F-35 (15,000m)
@@By-s it breaks down at max speed though, which is actually pretty cool
@@rdablock It can reach Mach 3.2 in absolute necessity but it will damage the engine and airframe if this speed is sustained for too long, so they limited it's speed to 2.8, which is still fast.

Fuuuck dude, it took me hours just to get through the first segment full AB with the X-02, and that was with several wall ricochets too. After which someone told me to do it in the Mig-31, to which I said fuck that lol. Glad someone had the balls and the patience to pull it off. Damn impressive work right here.

I tried doing this so many times using the Su-57. Was never able to successfully change gates without crashing. I turned too early, turned too late, or unable to maintain control after switching gates. I was able to go up the space elevator at max speed, but unable to successfully go down the space elevator, I always crashed at the bottom due to going to fast and finding no way to make the turn.
It didn't help the controls locked up on any ground impact which meant you played ping pong against the walls until you crashed

...This is just nuts, and I cant even fly without hitting something at least once in there... wonder if you can do the reverse drift flying thingy on the last part of the tunnel...

I've just managed to kill the ADF-11 and beat the final mission after I had to restart from checkpoint after I crashed against the tunnel and windbreak close to a billion times, and boy oh boy, was that payoff so sweet!
I'd be sweating so much that the controller wouldn't stop slipping from my hands so, there's no way in hell that I could of done this.

The drone was the easiest part for me the hardest part was maneuvering through the tunnels. I had to retry this mission past over 20 times.

Me too... I enter at around 400-500 km/h and go through the tunnel at 800
I flew a really fast run with the Wyvern just for the laughs, it bugged at the part where the drone is supposed to end up behind you at the end so the drone wasn't at the elevator's base and I crashed into a signal repeater because I couldn't slow and turn. I am surprised that neither one happened here since it was even faster, neither the drone bugged nor the Mig crashed into the walls at the end.
Imagine the noise, and the shockwave inside that tunnel with that thing flying through it at mach 3.
At first this mission was making me angry. I'm hooked on trying to do this faster now thanks to you, lol. I was using the Tomcat, Super Hornet, & 5th Gen stealth fighter majority of the game.
I could picture Doc Holliday using the dual railguns of the CFA-44 😆
