This will allow the weights to move the same, smoothly and stay balanced If the pins are bent or loose it’s time to replace it. Place the spring where it hooks together closest to the pulley with the pin up at 12 o’clock and the other at 6 o’clock. Keep looking on UA-cam you will find this and better understand seeing them do it. Watch a few so you can weed out the blind leading the blind. lol
Clock your springs where the ends hook together at 12 and 6 pin pointing up pin pointing down this should take care of your problem.
