Chana Masala
Ingredients
Chana - 150 grams
Paste of 2 onions
Paste of 2 medium size tomato
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbl spoon
Green chilli - 1
Pepper - ¾ teaspoon
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Fennel seeds - ¾ teaspoon
Bay leaf
Cinnamon stick - 3 to 5
Cloves - 7
Cardamom - 2
Oil - 3 tbl spoon
Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1½ teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Salt

I try all your recepies mam , tried this too today but i felt the spices smell is coming so much from the gravy which some may not like... So people while adding spices make sure you are using as per your families taste is my suggestion 👍🏻

It came out so so well !!!! For extra kick, I added a teaspoon of store bought Chana masala powder, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and butter at the end. It tastes so good. Thank you for keeping it simple.

One pro tip I have- cook these in a stainless steel or large pan instead. The increased surface area gives more caramelization and flavor to it as opposed to a deep pot like this.
