I've also been struggling with lower back pain lately (due to stress and work). What really helped me besides movement, massage therapy, etc. also simply was to simply fucking slow down. Prioritising more gentle movement, sleep and most importantly rest ! Here's the little reminder to normalise and celebrate slowing down and resting again ❤

Cornwall is my fav place in the uk! There’s a cool Tate gallery in St Ives, but watch out for the seagulls when you’re eating outside round St Ives, they’re honestly hooligans. If you can get to St Michaels Mount and the Marazion area, it’s gorgeous around there

My background was in neuroscience but after a serious health period of over 4 years I moved into Mind Body work. Where now I have resolved my own health issues and that for many people xx
