The lyrics are so crazy if you actually know what it’s about. This song talks about the Denver Airport conspiracies, more so the murals that were painted inside it. They basically showed apocalyptic imagery and that you’re supposed to confide in the government if you want peace and safety, when in reality it’s all just a game & that they don’t care about you. They just want to control.
Thanks for this!. I finally listened to the album today and was wondering what this was about. First thing that came mind was probably would have been about kids being killed and being too young and innocent but this makes sense
No shit, I instantly knew this would be what the song was about once I saw the title. I'm from Colorado so I'm well aware of the Denver Airport conspiracies.
Gavin White eve is my favorite. But all their songs off this album is fucking awesome. I love their new sound and the new exploration. Danny was the best thing to ever happen. AGAIN!!!! Everyone is bashing them cause they aren't "the old AA". Truth is, everything changes and they made a pretty damn good change.
Nathan Arrington Eve is pretty much tied with this one. I really enjoyed all of this album, and even Empire surprisingly. I agree 100% with you. Some people just can’t grow up. The maturity in the instrumentation, vocals, and the brilliant lyrics make this my favorite Asking record for sure
I don’t really listen to this kind of music much now that I’m older, but asking Alexandria has always been a constant. They’re the one band I feel that I have grown with, going through the same phases at the same time. Really into this new album guys
That's because lyrically it's depressing AF. It's about how we only have the illusion of control of ourselves, but we're really controlled by our governments.
Matt That's the Spirit did the same with BMTH fans, Cold World with OM&M etc. many bands from that era have changed dramatically, leaving some of the older folk behind
Ryan Gray I think That's the Spirit has some genuinlly great songs like Happy Song and What You Need. Sounds different from their previous stuff but still packs a punch
Wheeler67 Oh definitely it had its moments, when the band play to Lee Malia's strengths with the use of riffs they shine. A lot of it felt a bit too wet and commercialised for my liking though
Don't know if anyone else felt this but the first time I heard this masterpiece I got visions of my past and childhood. Don't know why or what caused it but it's a feeling I know I'll never forget.
People only know how to complain because the bands don't sound the same, the thing is that bands and us as fans grow older and aquire new tastes, and this is now my kind of music, i probabily don't like the older albums as much these days as i love this. Same happened with Bring me The Horizon, Linkin Park, Memphis May Fire. There are new bands on the hardcore scene now, let this older ones grow old with us, the fans from back then when it all started :)
We shall all grow old together. Holding hands and changing with our music. For better. I love how asking alexandria has grown and matured with me. It's a great feeling
This album feels like a mix between From Death to Destiny mixed with Stand up and scream, just without most of the screaming. I think it just needs a couple of listens to get used to it.
All these negative reviews but I still like the album. People dont realize that theyre no longer in their young 20s like they were for the first 2 albums. Most of them are in their late 20s, Ben is turning 30 this year. Their sound has evolved with time.
this is the one Ive been WAITING FOR!! THAT beginning is Everything My boys Are back!!!!!!!!! hate it or love it Asking alexandria is FUCKING BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!
I been showing so many people this band and everyone loves you guys, hate to say it but your music is what helped me turn into the man i am today. So really thank you. If i could bow i would lol
Hey! it's nice that AA songs turns into you a man, but i have a question. How?Why? I mean the lirycs or the vibes comes trough the songs? because i had same feelings about the new album but i can't make a clear opinion why.

Haha sorry I just laughed there cause I was imagining you are the drummer just trying to get a few fans of his own 😂✌🏼 na in all seriousness though I've always thought the whole band are great musicians
Eve, Under Denver, Alone In A Room and Hopelessly Hopeful, my four favorite.
Under denever, room 138, when the light goes on, hopelessly hopefully, rise up
Vultures
Yea aa
Where did it go
Alone in A room
Eve
I agree except for Hopelessly Hopeful. I didn't like that one much.

Jarod Vermilyea yeah it seems like Danny has become class conscious. Way to stay woke AA 👍🏻
Jarod Vermilyea damn son, good shit, never would have thought of that in a million years
Jarod Vermilyea Danny is on some Free Mason's new world order illuminati shit. This song is pretty deep in the conspiracies at the airport.
Favorite song on the album for sure!
Gavin White eve is my favorite. But all their songs off this album is fucking awesome. I love their new sound and the new exploration. Danny was the best thing to ever happen. AGAIN!!!! You might like BMTH.
my favorite too! i think this one is the most underrated as well sadly
Same
I don’t really listen to this kind of music much now that I’m older, but asking Alexandria has always been a constant. They’re the one band I feel that I have grown with, going through the same phases at the same time. Really into this new album guys
I don't know why this song makes me feel sad...his voice in this song is hitting hard.
Makes me feel a bit melancholy, beautiful song
That's because lyrically it's depressing AF. It's about how we only have the illusion of control of ourselves, but we're really controlled by our governments.
I find it interesting that this album has basically split the fanbase straight down the middle
Matt That's the Spirit did the same with BMTH fans, Cold World with OM&M etc. many bands from that era have changed dramatically, leaving some of the older folk behind
I am just getting into Asking Alexandria. Personally based on initial impressions I really like this album.
Ryan Gray fair enough
Don't know if anyone else felt this but the first time I heard this masterpiece I got visions of my past and childhood. Don't know why or what caused it but it's a feeling I know I'll never forget.
Me too
My favorite song on this album
same
Melancholy, 2005 was a melancholic year.
This song is a banger for sure.
Wakifo couldn't stop headbanging. Neck broken
No.
Its a good song, but a BANGER it is not.
but that's just your opinion man.. i think it's a banger as well.
its a great song. dont call it a banger tho.
People only know how to complain because the bands don't sound the same, the thing is that bands and us as fans grow older and aquire new tastes, and this is now my kind of music, i probabily don't like the older albums as much these days as i love this. Exactly!
Well said dude, exactly as I’m thinking

This album is really different in every single way. But I fucking love it, you guys did an awesome job, can’t wait to see you in Budapest in 2018 :)
Jakub Kramár i can't wait too
Jó neked.:)) Én nem tudok menni
so how'd it go?
I remember when I first heard this song, I dropped to my knees and started crying.
This is so calming
Ali do research on what under Denver means and your mind will change
Jonathan Smithson iight :)
Well now i'm curious what propelled them to even write a song about the Denver Airport conspiracies 🛫🐴
Into the fire is a little illuminati suspect that's all I'm sayin'
No way thats what its about?! Thats dope. Im from a denver suburb. Also i swear i seen you in the comment section on some forensic files videos
YES
One of the best songs in this record next to Room 138 and When The Lights Come On :3
Mewtu UndSo youre right, that sound at 2:26 it feels like "Stand up" album
Where has this been all my life?
Kameron Berkly at the Denver airport

ONE MORE MOMENT OF THIS SILENCE, THE LONELINESS IS HAUNTING MEEEEEE

But yet... here we are.
This might be the best song I've heard from these guys
This is my favourite from the album!

Same dude!! same.... Reminds me of a very a dark period I was in when I used to listen to this.
Glad to hear some electronica back in these songs... never thought I'd say that.
Favorite track off the album, just sounds so damn good.
Children of the world ,dream in peace 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Best album yet. Rock on! Welcome back Danny!
This is beautiful...
For me this is the best song in this album!
Still my favorite song off of this album. Been almost 4 years, self titled really has aged incredibly so far.
Still sounds really fresh
This album feels like a mix between From Death to Destiny mixed with Stand up and scream, just without most of the screaming. I think it just needs a couple of listens to get used to it.
Cameron Lott agreed it's different but good different ha
Yeah its been growing on me. I'm glad they made something new, not repetitive.
Cameron Lott I think the same too
It's That's the Spirit but with more emphasis on stadium rock elements and electronics creating an ambient backdrop than riffs
Solch ein schönes metallied hab ich schon lang nicht mehr gehört 🤟
This is more melodic rock but it’s a banger!
All these negative reviews but I still like the album. People dont realize that theyre no longer in their young 20s like they were for the first 2 albums. Most of them are in their late 20s, Ben is turning 30 this year. Their sound has evolved with time.
They've matured, got married, even started having kids
they have changed a lot since i was in high school and i still love the change. this is so deep and very encouraging
My favorite song of the album

Tyler White you have to be really dumb to think this sounds like drown
This song is so beautiful

Me gustó mucho la canción! Nose que decir esos sonidos electrónicos quedan bastante bien en este tema como casi todos sus temas! Muy bueno :)
Los amoooo!!!! Dany te amooo!!
Favorite song of the album, wish they kept this sound
I seriously agree the newest album bombed so badly
@@chillychilipepper3606 what about the new one?

LYRICS:::
Just wait and see
Just sit and breathe
Your life's unimportant
Your ego's distorted
Just let what is, be
Delusions of control, how's the wool feel
Pre-decision doesn't mean that this is not real
Why throw away what you've been given to spite it
What will be, will be
Children of the world, dream in peace
The fourth will watch over you, sleep and you'll know the truth
Children of the world, dream in peace
Here, rebuild in solitude
Under Denver calling you
You're not alone
Your truth is wrong
It's best to accept it
No sense in resisting
Just let what is, be
Listen, follow orders, buy, consume, sell
Stay on the surface, it's okay to trust the system
Tried and tested, they know best, they know the outcome
What will be, will be
Children of the world, dream in peace
The fourth will watch over you, sleep and you'll know the truth
Children of the world, dream in peace Here, rebuild in solitude
Under Denver calling you
They're more than we
They hold the keys
They live in the silence
Just offer compliance And what will be, will be
Children of the world, dream in peace
The fourth will watch over you, sleep and you'll know the truth
Children of the world, dream in peace Here, rebuild in solitude
Under Denver calling you
I love the new sound they have. The old albums are good but this is bad ass.
esse album ta surreal
This is awesome !!!! 🔥🏌🏻♂️
Amazing.
Seems like everyone is ignoring the amazing job their drummer did throughout this entire album.
Haha sorry I just laughed there cause I was imagining you are the drummer just trying to get a few fans of his own 😂✌🏼 na in all seriousness though I've always thought the whole band are great musicians
Post chorus into verse 2 is great alot of subtle fills but the hi hat work is great
Best song on new album
This song is underated!
Best song on the album
One of my favourites from the album
This song is so very very much riddled with underline meaning
The Most underrated Track in the Album
Best song off the album in my opinion. This and Eve. I love every track
The last group of 100% pure hard rock!!!❤
So good!! 😍❤️ keep going my dudes!
Hoy ya puedo morir en paz :')
Isaac Rodriguez yo no men, creo que esperare a que salga otro álbum porque esperaba algo más pesado
《《《 DeathCore 》》》 En cierta parte tienes razón xD
si esque sacan otro!! quien sabe
Got no problems with the song itself, but those lyrics are some Illuminati shit
Brian Hufnus The song itself is related to the conspiracy about the denver airport
the one that the gateway to hell is there right?
Holy shit I thought I was the only one who saw it!! What's this Denver stuff about anyway? I hope someone can explain....thanks
I am now knee deep in DIA conspiracy theory articles thanks to this song lol
Brian Hufnus that "illuminati shit" has got a LOT of truth to it, that rabbit hole is DEEEEEEP.
