They basically showed apocalyptic imagery and that you’re supposed to confide in the government if you want peace and safety, when in reality it’s all just a game & that they don’t care about you. Gavin White eve is my favorite. But all their songs off this album is fucking awesome. I love their new sound and the new exploration. Danny was the best thing to ever happen. AGAIN!!!! Everyone is bashing them cause they aren't "the old AA". Truth is, everything changes and they made a pretty damn good change.
Nathan Arrington Eve is pretty much tied with this one. I really enjoyed all of this album, and even Empire surprisingly. I agree 100% with you. Some people just can’t grow up. The maturity in the instrumentation, vocals, and the brilliant lyrics make this my favorite Asking record for sure

Ryan Gray I think That's the Spirit has some genuinlly great songs like Happy Song and What You Need. Sounds different from their previous stuff but still packs a punch

There are new bands on the hardcore scene now, let this older ones grow old with us, the fans from back then when it all started :)
