I had that, regular coffee kills my stomach lining. I can only drink espresso americanos made professionally at a shop... and not black, has to be with cream. The cream apparently balances out the acidic ph of coffee... but I guess only if the coffee is low acid (like well made espresso is)

What helps is taking Prilosec before going to bed after dinner or before and in the morning with food I think. Mylanta helps soothe the pain it never goes away just can’t eat tomates spicy food onions limes long list. It’s keeping a healthy diet. Idk about kidney stones but my bf almost got an ulcer but he has hiatal hernia which could be what Emma has. They’re the same symptoms and same diet as having an ulcer.

her stomach problems sound exactly like mine, it got so bad that i had to go to the gastro. i was diagnosed with an inflamed colon. and a balanced diet ( i eat animal protein now in moderation) and exercise is the only way to subside the symptoms. i would try to tell her in the comments but i doubt it would get noticed

As someone who was raised in the desert (California City, Mojave Desert) this was so cool to see a big influencer experience what I have all my life. There’s a lot of misconceptions about living in a small town desert like it being hot all the time. The desert can get to the negatives in the morning and at night but as soon as the sun starts to set in it can get to over 120 degrees. Also seeing Emma being scared of such a remote place is valid but living in Cali City all my life there’s never been a situation where I was scared for my safety. Anyways point is, I think all these LA influencers should follow in Emma’s footsteps because her staying in the desert for 24 hours makes us small town people feel more included, more known, and lets the LA content creator know that there’s more to SoCal than LA County. We exist too and it’s more beautiful than you’d imagine especially at night when you can see every detail in our galaxy in the sky 😊

RIGHT?! As an introvert, I never had the need to be around people as much but it's nice. When you're alone by yourself BUT ALSO being positive/productive, your actually boosting your inner Persona. Finding yourself. Your own rhythm. I love her for that.

you can’t cure depression and I would know. I’ve been on like 4 medications and nothings changed💀
@@homedepot. you can cure depression, it just depends on the type of depression. some types are chronic and are due to a permanent chemical imbalance. I think you haven't found the right medication yet but I hope you get there.
