Bruce Bale is the only one done justice here, we see his origins all the way up to his retirement and unlike any other projects. It works because the world of the trilogy evolves. Something of which I doubt it would happen in the Twilight Batman primarily because they want to set the events way too close to the previous title even though it takes years to make that project. If ain't doing something like Marvel did, than there is no need to do in a hurry a universal connection between the movies and series. Nolan movies worked because they are all connected but since the movies were made years apart they play in years apart and they all feel unique and each on their own holds up well as a standalone movie. The thing with "we will not an origin story because everyone already knows it" is a huge red flag for the film makers. It doesn't estabilish his own characters core and left us wondering how this adaptation is different or better from any other.

I understand ignoring Adam West Batman, but ignoring Michael Keaton is just wrong. Otherwise, good video. Thanks.
