@JesusFriedChrist I don't partake in flavour of the month political action. I like Patreon. It's easy, and works well for both sides of the coin. It isn't perfect, but it's the best available. People who think Patreon is truly bad should look at what those other platforms have been doing for decades. It's worse.
I think there's a certain irony that the people forced from Patreon and raising a storm about it are the same who argue that businesses should be able to make their own choices about which customers they serve. They seem far more ready to dish it out than take it, and I for one am bored with the angry partisanship seeping into every corner of life.
But by all means, if you don't like them, I'm not asking you to use them. They're just the system I personally prefer for a number of reasons outside of the current reactionism.

Absolutly, humanity at it's core is potential. And wether the potential results in a Your Mother joke, like 3500 bc scribbled on a tablet of clay, a genocide, a town named Dildo, or a rock that doubles as a music instrument, in the end there is a story there. And stories are what is important. Because stories....at their core are human.

Here's something entirely beside the point: That apostrophe on "CAP'T. DILDO" is all wrong (gasp!). If you're gonna throw an apostrophe in an abbreviation of captain, it's gotta be like this: "Capt'n, or Cap'n." The apostrophe takes the place of the elided letter(s), just like it does in words like "don't" and "it's."
Since there are no letters elided between the P and the T in CAP'T, no apostrophe needed.

Amongst many other such offences against the apostrophe 😂)

There's also "Intercourse" and "Climax" in Pennsylvania but they're hundreds of miles apart. There does happen to be a tunnel in Climax which was a train tunnel but is now a bike trail tunnel.

I don't know why he immediately came to mind, but your pep talk at the end will make Rob Schneider and others like him feel much better about themselves. Thanks.

Do I have to be a videographer in order to get that job? I mean, I have no clue about editing, but I can learn it, right? Besides, I'm fond of travelling and I dont mind working unpaid, if I'm able to do so!

I had to mention how much I enjoy your content. I personally do not find your video essays to be a downer! While covering Canada's history, i am happy that you speak the truth in a fair and neutral stance. The only way people could be depressed by your content would be if they prefer to be ignorant of our past. Thank you buddy for all your hard work on your channel. I also appreciate all the hard work you have done supporting your father Chris Hadfield. I consider your dad a personal hero... to be honest I'm jealous... BUT I also know that he has a son he can be proud of. I know I'm a rambler... I don't comment often because of it... please keep up what you are doing. My best wishes to the Hadfield clan in 2019👍👍😎 I will try to be the best dildo I can be!!!
