I gave interview 2 times @ Deloitte USI Hyderabad. There is a non-Technical manager, name is Subrato Bhowmick who is taking care of UK Global Mobility tax team & NL team. He is a non-Technical person. He is taking technical interviews and behaving like a Leader. He doesn't know anything about UK Tax Technical. He is wasting our time. Subrato earlier used to work with HSBC Kolkata and the PwC AC Kolkata GCS Team. Both are non-Tax technical teams. I have also 2 Big 4 experience. I never seen any 3rd class interviewer like Subrato Bhowmick before.
Please go through the job description of the designation you are applying to and make sure you meet all criteria for that position. Since different designation requires different skills, please go through JD and prepare accordingly.
Yes, If they are offering you less then Industry Standards for the same designation you can negotiate with HR, make sure you do proper research about the position and compensation.

I have given my versant test along with business proficiency online assessment, able to clear all the 3 sections out of 4 but not cleared logical reasoning with just 1point...and they asked me to take the test again only for reasoning but it didn't go well can I expect will they take me to further rounds or reject me?
@@Biker0069 Extremely few companies in India have such high cut-off, 99.5% of all other companies don't consider marks. But it doesn't mean that you fail, have decent aggregate.

The base package is 6 LPA and not 7.6
The joining bonus is 1 lakh
The performance bonus is 0-10% of the base package.
So don’t confuse people
That's the breakdown, so overall it's 7.6 LPA

Depends on job role you are applying for, go through JD before applying. Make sure u are meeting company requirements.
Was the Reasoning Section of Aptitude Test as tough as Bank Po LR?
No reasoning is not much tough just the basic to moderate questions

I was fill form for tax consultancy in Jan after that they send mail of application follow up but after that no mail should I received.
There is no fixed timeline, it toally depsnds on company, Lets wait and hope for the best.
