Fire King without Diabellestar and Snake-Eyes cards is really good. First thing you need to understand is Arvata is good enough that you want 3 of it and you want at least 1 High Avatar Garunix. You can't underestimate how good being able Dark Hole your opponent at the beginning of your 2nd turn is. Arvata makes it so when you can't setup for Garunix Eternity you can still do something and making Photon Lord and normal summoning Arvata is just nasty especially with hand traps.

Shinning Star Dragon looks waaaaay better You need : 3*structure decks ($30) staples ($15 to $30) Punisher/Void Ogre/Kuibelt/3*Stone Sweeper/Uvualoop/Trishula, wich are actually cheap The only expansive cards right now are Dis Pater and Crimson Dragon ($20 each). So, the entire deck is $70 right now if you already have the staples and tech cards. And Dis Pater will soon go down in price You can also use a small centurion engine to push your combos further, but it's kind of expansive ($40 for 4 cards)

Not to mention has synergy with Fire support from AGOV (Banshee and Fire Recovery) Champion Sargas is a hell of a boss monster. TL;DR: SPRINGANS MAKE YOUR FACE GO SPLODE!
i'd say vaalmonica,the core is attainable for 30 euros, maybe 20 for Ht and crossouts,thhe extra deck is pretty mutch generic and non expensive,s:p is not really needed too
