In God’s eyes, to be lost is to be dead in sins, and to be found is to be saved and made alive in Christ.
The Bible contains a wonderful story about a father’s unchanging love for his wayward son. This story, told by the Lord Jesus in Luke 15, depicts God’s unchanging love toward all of us lost sinners who have strayed far from Him. He yearns for each of us to come back to Him to be made alive in Christ the Savior.

Our heavenly Father is so loving and faithful! He is always watching and waiting for us to turn to Him, and He will run to meet us, kissing us, washing, covering, and feeding us. What a wonderful God we have.

Praise the Lord, we can come back to Him any time, no matter what we say or do. He is the all-sufficient one. The more we try to leave Him, the more we will realize that we are nothing without Him. When we realize this, and confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to cleanse us of all our sins!
