I should have for the video. Honestly I know those will just rip downward with too much weight just because I've seen it before. And they're not rated for a very high weight anyway but those are better every day of the week for hanging pictures and what not then anything else in my opinion. Very permanent yet leaves a very small hole if you want to take it down. 😁👍
@@MrNathaneasterling Hi, I appreciate your fast response! I'm currently looking at both the 30lb and 50lb rated versions, and was really looking to find any sort of load testing to validate the rating, or disprove it. I haven't been able to find anyone showing a fail as of yet. I've only found the odd comment from a few folks that said the same as you, but no real tests showing it. Usually if something sucks really bad and doesn't deliver, there's usually a review somewhere proving it. I like the idea of these, especially if I have a bunch of big pictures to hang. I like the idea of minimizing damage to the walls.
@trevinated well I can tell you the ones that kind of look like golf tees and are green I definitely do not recommend. But for the most part my general rule of thumb is if it's too heavy to use a Hercules hook figure out a way to use a toggle bolt. They are by far the best way to hang a heavy items other than putting a screw directly into a stud behind the drywall. If you can do that then you can hang whatever you'd like. When it comes down to it, a screw in a stud #1 toggle bolt #2 and Hercules hook for any lightweight stuff... All of that would be my opinion on the matter 😁👍

Cool intro.
Thanks!
@@MrNathaneasterling You Sir… have been welcomed.
Truth!
Wish you did the weight test on the Monkey hook. The comparison is flawed without it.

Thanks for your input and efforts! Cheers
