- This is the very same IHG style method I've always done--over 100 videos--only it uses readily available inexpensive Amazon trays (see my store link below), and a different bubbler. I'm hoping to begin making kits again soon that are reasonable to purchase and ultra-easy to use. If you enjoyed the video, please like, comment, and subscribe.

Thanks Mick. Hope all is well with you mate.
Great Video.
Thanks so much.
Nice! 😉👍
Thank you.
Hi there! Very nice video. What other microgreens could be grown this method? Also, what material is the screen your using? Are there screens like that with smaller wholes so smallers seeds could be grown? Thanks a lot! :)
Every one I've ever tried, I've been able to grow. >20-25 most common types. Screen is food-grade poly. Yes, I use two types of screen that covers all micros.
Personally not a fan of the smaller trays, but where I live the bigger trays are almost impossible to find.
Do you think adding a weighted element inside/on top of the tray would be beneficial?
I do think weighting some seed, like sunnies, is beneficial.
💚
Where do you sell the full kits? I just see separate parts on Amazon. Do you have the trays that are all set with the tubing going through, pump, and everything to plug and play? Also, if you don't use air stones what do you use under the tray with the seeds? Is it literally just the tubing?
Hi, email me for sales information and ordering. c3voyage@gmail.com
Nice Video! 2 Quick Questions: 1) Can this tray do small seeds because some people complain that small seeds fall through the holes? 2) Instead of waiting until they become microgreens, can these be harvested at the sprout stage, for broccoli sprouts? I assume yes but since I'm NEW I figured to ask !
I use the existing holes only for large seed like peas and sunflowers. Part of the kits I sell comes with a medium screen which is part of my style called "IHG". The medium screen sits on top of the holed tray and works with most micros like broccoli, kale, kohlrabi, beet, chard, etc. I have a small screen as well that will work with the smallest of seed. The screens are food-grade poly similar to dehydrator screen.
@@C3Voyage thanks for the swift response! Much appreciated. Now, if I wanted to grow broccoli sprouts could I simply harvest them sooner?
@@diakydiaz Caught me at the computer. Broccoli can be harvested at any stage and it tastes great.
Do you sell the aeration? Or is the info on how to make one in your book?
Yes and yes. These Amazon trays are a new iteration of IHG growing. The older styles are in the books including how to make. I'm hoping to have these newest kits are out late July for sale, but I have to trial them a bit more to make sure they're solid and my reputation for easy, abundant greens remains. The kits should be inexpensive and easy to reverse engineer. I'll likely give out directions in the closed FB group for those who bought my current book instead of writing a new book.
I've gone thru this twice to make sure you didn't show HOW the bubbler system is set up. Can you elaborate on how you are doing the aeration please? Thanks!
I left the design of the bubbler out of the video on purpose. It's very close to my book versions and giving out that info cuts my book sales as you can imagine. I thought I mentioned that one can reverse engineer the bubbler if they buy a kit. It's not difficult to do.
@@C3Voyage Thanks for your reply. I understand about people making it without buying the book now. You did mention about reverse engineering the bubbler, I didn't quite get what you meant, but buying the kit is the key part I missed. Happy tomato growing!
I grow on burlap in 10x20 trays.
Are burlap reusable and for how long? Are they a mat or a cut piece of fabric?
I looked at Amazon and didn’t see it included bubbler does it?
Just the trays are on Amazon. The way I grow modifies those trays a bit and will be the next kits I sell after I test it on several types of micros to ensure it's as good as my other methods. So, what I'm hearing is that you're looking for the whole package and I'll see them very soon. You an email me for more details, c3voyage@gmail.com.
Big belly... Why?
So, before I answer, I have a question: Do you think I have a big belly? I'm asking to give you the benefit of the doubt if English is difficult for you. Thanks.
