Second comment - I no longer grow lettuce. I grow chard, beets, radishes and turnips then use the cut and come again method to enjoy those greens in salads, soups andon sandwiches. Chard is my ABSOLUTE favorite! ❤

I think I am with you about lettuce. Why do you no longer grow lettuce? I am sticking with chard. It survives pest and in 9b can harvest year round.

Ues, all of those are great for salads. I have beets & swish chard also. Thanks for watching!

Great job on your carrots that something I haven't been able to master quite yet

I've found that using a raised bed for carrots makes a big difference! You can't let the seeds dry out. Some people cover them with cardboard to prevent them from getting dried out until they start coming up. Good luck!
