  • Here's the game show "Seven Keys", hosted by Jack Narz. This episode is from the version that aired on KTLA-TV in Los Angeles, not the ABC network run. Part 1 of 2.

My grandmother was on Seven Keys in 1964 and won a Chevy Corvair convertible!

I wish to relay to the poster of this video a special thank you from David Narz the son of Jack Narz. He is very touched by this.

That made my day. I'm glad that he saw this. I had the pleasure of meeting his father on several occasions. He was a class act.

My grandmother is Coleen Drake, the blonde assistant who presents the fishing rods, & picnic basket. I second David Narz's emotion. Thank you.

My home city of Louisville, KY is still proud of the hometown Narz brothers....Jack and Jim (aka "Tom Kennedy"). They were really funny when they occasionally appeared on the same game show or interview. DYK...they were brothers-in-law to the great Bill Cullen!

I vaguely remember this show, but not much. Jack Narz, was the brother of another game show host, Tom Kennedy. You can tell by their smile, that they were related. Tom was younger and his career started around the time, Jack Narz's carreer, was dwelling.

This show spent most of its half-hour describing the prizes that each contestant might win (promotional consideration) so before the 2nd contestant could play the game it was always "Oops we're out of time; can you come back tomorrow?" Viewers soon got bored watching what was more of a half hour merchandise commercial than a game show. A similar problem occurred with Wheel Of Fortune until the shopping segment was replaced with cash prizes. ☺

I have photos and a newspaper clipping of my grandmother on the show. Wish I knew how to attach them to this site.

That would've disqualified him, for that audience whispering that answer.

I recall that on the last chance it could help to land on “Penalty” to keep alive

I'm amused that they chose to call a fox stole and $500 cash a "Prize Wonderland".

+mike cowell $500 cash, cicra 1960 which is about the time period of this show, is equivalent to just over $4,000.00 in 2015 dollars.

    Don't like that "Penalty" word.
