Good effort. However, you can cut your spacing in half. If you are working in a freezer you will have an issue with how you are doing it. Position the forklift towards the middle of the lane. Raise your forks so they are ready to grab the pallet. Swing the forklift around and go into the pallet. This will give you more room to take the load and swing back out as you lower to the ground.
@@GlocKkandchillI just started driving forklifts and other machines and it is honestly easier than driving a car. I make rate easy af, it’s just a job some people can and cannot do.

Good job. When I train I say tips in before you extend. Also up top pro tip. U can see a slight reflections on the pallet. Before tips going in. Keep it smooth
Every time I watch a forklift video I remember that one video where the guy brought down the entire warehouse by accident. He is basically fucked for life. Be careful on the job
Ignore the haters and the guys claiming to be level 10 forklift ninjas. I've been at this for a while and I think, with some more time at the controls, you'll be a fine operator. Just stay safe, work on getting smooth, and let the speed come naturally. I'd be happy to have you as a trainee ESPECIALLY if this was your first day.
Very well done. Try not to lift the pallet so high. If you position the forks a certain way all you gotta do is tilt all the way back and the pallet will raise enough to get it off the shelf
Wait till you work in an incentive based environtment, those forks are already up by the time you hit the slot and lowered back down before you leave the isle.
Once I used a crown deep reach the controllers was kind of complicated, until I test drive the Raymond deep reach it’s a good lift truck and took a high small tier pallet way up 30 to 40 feet. I try not to make hard turns or it’ll tip and fall to the side that’s the scary part of the job when operating a reach truck
if you reach out before driving in you wont have to be looking top and bottom and you will only get the momentum of the mast if you touch the pallet rather than the trucks weight by driving in first
I ran an earlier model, didn't like this one . Did 40 plus years and hated to constant noise. Think how many times you ran it up, lift banging like a blacksmith shop travelling to next stop fast as you can, radio blasting on pa system, other lifts running and constantly under the gun for production. Good job but I got to where I cherish quiet time.
Those newer Raymond reach trucks have crazy fast lift. I think it's adjustable, but I'm just an operator not a mechanic. I do know that it took me a little time (like an hour into my shift) to get used to the lift speed and the loose steering. Once I got used to it, tho, I really love how fast that fucker lifts to upper level bays!
Muchos errores. Primero al momento de coger una paleta desde lo alto necesitas inclinarlo para poner el peso hacia atras y no para adelante (esto puede hacer que el forklift se vaya para adelante y te laastimes seriamente).
