My mum doesn't but only cos she always calls without her glasses on and she can't see the smaller screen without them, not clearly anyway. But I definitely do.
His observations are things I don't even think about but once he points them out, I find myself thinking ' yeah I do that, why do I do that? 'or 'I know someone like that'. I I would watch him over any alternative edgy comedian. He's the master of observational comedy.
@@AJBeetle1 That's what I think too. It's easy just to throw in swear words and talk about anything disgusting or uncomfortable to get laughs. But harder to make everyday situations funny.
I have a huge amount of respect for anyone who can walk out on stage and make that many people laugh like crazy. Talent like that isn’t made. It’s born.
All comedians work hard to make audiences laugh. He writes his shows, he doesn't improvise. To suggest that this is just talent and not hard work is an insult to the artist.
Actually it is worth trying to create a stand-up routine for yourself as an insight inducing learning experience. It is hard work & takes practise. It took me a couple of years practise to be able to create any decent ones.
If you've just discovered this guy, you have to look up the one where he's had tooth surgery and gone completely numb in the mouth. I laughed so hard, I almost wet myself. The Brits have the best stand-up comedians anywhere in my opinion, and this guy is at the very top of my list.
@@eviegadenne1539 The bit about reading stations you're not stopping at and thinking you're going to die when another train comes past is also hilarious.
I've just today discovered Michael McIntyre... and I've literally been watching his comedy all day long. Truly one of the most brilliant comedic minds of all time!
This guy is the best comedian in the world !!!!!!!! I can relate to each and every single thing he is saying !! Who is this genius ?!!?!! I have just discovered him and I’m obsessed !!!!
I remember not having cell phones and the bit about not taking our photo albums, every piece of music, board games, etc. is hilarious and true. The fact that we do that now Sounds ridiculous when he puts it like that!!! 🤣
There are many comedians out there but I love Michael because he relates to the simple human parts that we all share in our day to day lives.. to find humour in these small things just shows that we are all the same ❤️
he’s brilliant at taking the most simple situations and making clean and genuinely hilarious content. his use of expressions and voice and movement is legendary
I'm a secretary and I get this all the time, I'm slightly dyslexic with numbers I'll often switch numbers round without realising it and then I get people rattling off a number and for the same number they'll group one section and separate another and I'm just there pressing my pen into my pad in despair
He is the most amazing... He makes mundane jokes, some aren't even logical or sensible, which is ok... and some aren't even that funny but he is so frenetic that by the time you figure this all out he has moved on and you find you're already laughing to the point of tears.
The face time part was exactly what it was like talking to my parents the other day on my birthday it was hilarious since they are in there late 70s and I was so excited when it connected and so were they 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
I just sat here for about 10 minutes laughing my ass off and working out what my number is in millions thinking how pissed the next person to ask for it is going to be 😂😂😂
I love a comedian who actually is funny and not just using shock value of vulgarity to get laughs. Bill Cosby was actually a great comedian because he just viewed things in life differently and was hilarious. So heartbreaking he turned out to be the kind of man he is.
When all this pandemic shite is over (notice how positive I'm being - maybe not realistic but definitely positive), I hope Michael McIntyre tours again and comes here to Canada. I would love to see him live. Thank you for all the laughs. Stay safe.
Maps! I may need maps! Someone may advise me to concentrate on my own geography and then where I am without my maps, my encyclopedias and my portable nuclear power station to charge my billboard size phone???
I didn't get a cell phone til I was in my 40s. Just over ten yrs ago. So I forget to plugh it in, I forget what the ring tone sounds like, I wander off everywhere without it. I completely forget that other people may want to talk to me. I have a lovely Samsung that I can just barely figure out how to make a call from. Still figuring out how to ANSWER the thing. well you see there's a big green button and a big red button, and if you look closely there is a dotted line in which arrows point toward the center of the line, now we've all seen an answer picture and hang up picture, the hang up one tends to have a circle with a cross through it and the answer one is just a phone, when you go to answer the phone, you want to use the arrows as an advantage to press whichever button you please, hold it down, but not too hard, touchscreens are sensitive, and you just swipe the icon to the center of the line and boom you've made it. BONUS FACT: if you look at almost the top of the screen, you will see the name of the person calling you, not just a number, so long as you've named the contact, you will know who's calling you so you will know whether you want to answer or how you should answer, if there's no name and it says 'Sheffield' or any other city or state DON'T answer it unless you want to waste 5 minutes if your life
I'm exactly the same with my phone. My husband pities it, because it's left behind, goes uncharged for weeks, and I keep forgetting how to make a text, make a call or answer it. If he's born with it, why should he receive respect for it? I would rather say he has worked hard on his passion, and that is worthy of respect.

He definitely likes talking about balls. Is that clean? To me, whether comedy is "clean" or not doesn't matter, but his balls jokes don't add much.
